“overall it was a good experience, we enjoyed the views and amenities. there was a couple things that could of been better....it took about 1hr to get the grill working properly (nosel to the propane tank needs cleaned out), not sure how long the house was sitting before we rented but there where dead bugs on the ceiling in the shower/bath area,maybe a window was left open...please try to schedule yard maintenance crew when no one is renting, having yard work all day was really annoying and inconvenient since parking was limited, also make instructions on how to lock the back door since it's not a regular lock and 3 out of 4 days the house was unlocked from the back and there was no room in the garbage can for any of our trash... the interior was really nice and give it a 4, outside deck and issues listed above I give it a 2 so I can say a solid 3 for my experience.”

“This property accommodated our large group well ( 8 adults and 2 kids). It had everything we needed for a 2 night stay and was in a great location with lots of eateries and amenities close by. The house is older and does require some adaptability. The upstairs bedrooms utilize window air conditioning units, so you do get noise early in the morning when trash is being collected. The stairs going to the second story are narrow and you should be careful with elder parents and kids (which we had in our travel group). When messaging the host, you do get an automated message response, which we found frustrating when we were asking simple questions. We would’ve been happy to wait for the host to be available to respond rather than receiving those messages. Nonetheless, we had a good stay at this property and would recommend it to others.”

“Beautiful home super close to main Capitol Hill area for easily walkable eats and fun. Close to yummy restaurants and cafes. Parking is easy for one car. Lots of stairs in the home. Everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing.”

“- Cupboard door was misaligned - Rusty nails poking out the bottom of the deck - Guest tripped on metal threshold for the door which connected the lower level front to the outside. It completely came loose. - Water tank for coffee pot filthy. - Vinyl hardwood floor had sections out of alignment and felt loose in places. - Walls had lots of black scuff marks. - The faucet handle in first floor bathroom was not screwed in at all, it was just sitting on the faucet loosely and you could literally just pull it off. - We booked a house for 8 people yet we had to ask permission to use the stairs which connected the top and bottom floors. They told use to use the outside stairs which were covered in leaves and moss.”

“I have never had a worse experience at an Airbnb. The house was filthy, the host was unhelpful, there were missing amenities, there was damage to the walls, and I found an earring in my bed. There were actual piles of food garbage around all of the sitting areas, and the floors and walls were covered in an unknown sticky substance. After reaching out to the host (management company) they were unhelpful, and of the laundry list of items i reported, they only responded to say that the foosball table was not included in the listing (factually incorrect) and that they would send someone to clean, which should have been done before I got there. Overall, a terrible experience, and I would not recommend.”

“The hot tub wasn't warmed and put in sleep mode when we arrived so we weren't able to use the hot tub at all. Bathtub drain, diverter valve for tub or wand and bathtub wand didn't work so we couldn't use that either.”
