“Dirty, smelled like smoke.”

“BREATHTAKING VIEW (MUST LOVE BATHS) We were looking for an affordable unit w/ 3 bedrooms near Seattle, and we found it! The single bathroom is set up well for baths. Showers, not so much. (Everything gets wet even w/ the handheld head.) We were able to use the hot tub on the second night, once it came up to temperature, which took longer than expected. The downstairs unit was only loud a couple of times but didn't really disrupt us. Quiet neighborhood (but use your GPS to find it). Oh, and bring your own coffee/espresso maker or prepare to set out for Seattle's finest. The Keurig doesn't have a strength option, so watery coffee it is. You won't need firewood either. Outside firepit and grill are propane. Inside there are both gas (via remote) and wood-burning fireplaces, so you'd only need firewood if that's your preference. Overall, this mid-century modern gem is just that--a perfect little getaway with a breathtaking view and the creature comforts you want. We even saw an EAGLE!!!”

“We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and our family in Auburn. Communication regarding early check-in and bag drop-off was a little difficult, as we weren’t aware of the office hours. We also noticed some safety/maintenance concerns, including difficult shower access, a shower door needing adjustment, and an alarm that went off around 2 AM despite our attempt to replace the batteries. We enjoyed our stay and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.”

“What we loved: We really enjoyed our stay and loved the Lakeview neighborhood. The location was great, and the home was a nice place to spend time with family. A few things to note: For guests traveling with someone who has mobility concerns, I’d recommend reviewing the layout carefully. My mother uses a cane, and the stairs were challenging for her. The walkway to the back of the home is also narrow, and with some of the exterior lights not working, it was quite dark at night. A little more lighting and additional accessibility details in the listing would be helpful for guests planning ahead. The walls are on the thinner side, so some activity from the front of the home can be heard in the back. The beds are quite firm, which may be a preference for some guests, but we personally found them a little difficult to get comfortable on. There were also quite a few fallen apples around the tree outside, so keeping that area cleared would be a nice touch and help keep the walkway safe.”

“To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The home heat did not work. Jiaqi atempted to address the thermostat being "dead" but stopped responding to our qustions about how to resolve the issue. My family and I tried to fix the heat from 8 pm to 2am by getting a charger, to find out the thermostat was not the issue. The heat was completely disconnected. Ultimately we slept together to stay warm and woke up freezing 🥶 -The jacuzzi was inoperable, filthy and smelled of mold. -The kitchen had a bug infestation and we found large spiders all around the house and in the upstairs bedroom where my son wanted to sleep. -The sound of planes overhead was loud and consistent. -The floors are very thin, we heard the people downstairs party all night and repeatedly slam their front door. We rented this home for 5 nights and had to scramble last min to find another place for the remainder of our family vacation. This place was perfect online, but looks are deceiving.”
