“The only positive feature of this property is its high guest capacity. Our stay was deeply disappointing due to poor maintenance, lacking amenities, and rigid management. Key Issues Neglected Outdoors: The grill, sofas, and patio were dirty, and the backyard was filled with debris. Missing & Broken Essentials: The property lacked paper towels and bathroom door locks. The upper shower door was loose and is very hard to keep it close. Outdated Interiors: Inside features ancient appliances with unreadable labels, a failing thermostat, and cheap body wash. Inaccessible Amenities: Storage room accessories remained locked and couldn't provide the keys keep saying their team is working on it. Unflexible Hosting: The hosts enforce strict 4 PM check-in and 10 AM checkout times without utilizing that window for proper cleaning or upkeep. Future guests should expect bare-minimum effort and zero hospitality.”

“Kudos to the photographer because this place was not as beautiful and well-kept as the pictures appear. This house felt like a quick flip to make profit without taking the time for basic maintenance. We rented the entire house for a large group and found multiple issues in both units. Basement; bed was broken in half. Couch was broken an unusable. Carpet was old, wrinkly, and stained. Drop ceiling was heavily stained. Exterior bedroom window blind was too short to cover entire window. Shower door was off track, but didn't matter since we couldn't get the water to turn on anyway. Upstairs; this couch was also starting to break. Hardwood floor was raised and buckled. Dishwasher wasn't secured and nearly fell out onto floor. Some weird growth around the edge of the skylight. The canopy frame on the deck was severely broken. Many of the walls and doors were dirty and/or scuffed. We made the best of it but did no more than sleep and get out. Owner offered $50 refund for all the issues.”

“This was truly the worst air bnb experience I’ve ever had. This place has not been kept up properly at all. Aside from not being able to get into the place until almost 5pm when checkin was 4pm, because the cleaning staff were still there.. there were numerous things wrong. One of the beds was broken, the couch is broken, everything looks dirty, the floors are cracked, the carpet is super stiff in places making it feel dirty, the shower wouldn’t turn off - had to contact the host to jerry-rig it to get it off, there are missing screens not allowing us to open the windows - which was very much needed since there is no AC, some of the blinds wouldn’t shut, the smoke detectors were all all disconnected, the dining room chairs were all cracked/broken/missing screws/wobbly. It really was all that bad. The host was informed of all of this and said they would “let their team know”. While we did get a partial refund, our stay was absolutely miserable. Beware, I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The location was very convenient to the airport. It was very private and felt very safe when we arrived. It was hot outside and there was no air-conditioning or fans. The beds were OK but could have been more comfortable. There was quite a few steps to go down prior to getting to the entrance to the home since we rented the bottom floor I did not realize we would have so many steps. It definitely suited our needs for one night before our Alaskan cruise.”
