“This place was absolute perfection for our group weekend away! We had four couples staying together, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space and privacy while still feeling wonderfully cohesive for group hangouts. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how pristine and spotless everything was. The entire home felt brand new, with gorgeous modern finishes, stylish decor, and high-end touches throughout. What really stood out was how well-provisioned the house was. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil, appliance, and cookware item we could possibly need to make meals for eight people, and the bathrooms were fully loaded with extra towels and amenities. You can tell the host put a massive amount of thought into making sure guests don't have to stress about a single detail. Communication with our host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. We could not have asked for a better spot for our getaway. 10/10—we are already talking about booking it again!”

“Wow this was a great place to spend a weekend. Definitely felt very cozy and secluded. We really felt like we were in the woods but also tot too far from great restaurants and hiking. Hosts were very helpful and check in process was a breeze. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Exquisite setting with private lake and the backdrop of the mountains and the view from the house is spectacular. The house had everything you need. The host was very thoughtful for every age and has included every accessory needed. The shed was packed with so much activities, floaties and boats. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you would need. We loved staying and hope to return in different seasons.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Spending most of our time outside, by the river and around the fire. Great location, in walking distance to Main St. and a good starting point for our adventures. House was clean and just like the pictures. Kelly was helpful with instructions and always responsive.”

“This spot was perfect for a gathering of a few families. It was quiet and private, with area for the children to play outside safely. The creek was walkable and enjoyable, and the house was immaculate and included every single resource/amenity we could need. Everything was set up nicely and in great shape and clean. They even had a bunch of toys for the kids to play with in addition to a swingset outside.”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home in Margaretville. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the hot tub, and the game room, which made for a relaxing getaway. The home was very clean, and Kim was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The upscale appliances were a nice touch, although some were a little different to operate and took a bit of figuring out. We never did figure out the microwave 😂We also would have appreciated a few more basic kitchen and household supplies, such as aluminum foil, plastic baggies, plastic wrap, kitchen towels and laundry detergent. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful, clean, spacious, & stocked with everything you need. Everyone enjoyed the creek- the pup, the kids and the adults! It was great for the little ones to be able to get their legs wet and sit in the water - all day entertainment for them! The property was well kept, the surroundings woods were great to walk around in, and the hosts were very responsive. 100% would recommend staying here again.”

“Beautiful well maintained spot. Really everything about it was perfect except two very small things: 1. The BBQ is more of a fire pit with a net. Difficult to cook with it as the coals are far from the net. 2. The house runs on well water, some might prefer it but for us the water tastes off. I’d bring your own drinking water Host was communicative and helpful. Sauna is amazing”
