“Good place! Great for the price, though close to the airport, so if youre very sensitive to noise I would look out, though it didn’t cause us any issues. The pool was very nice, though the hot tub didn’t work while we were there. Air conditioning works well if you’re worried about that, and the washer and dryer are very useful for all the water we spent our time in. Good choice for a vacation spot!”

“Listing pros first, then cons. The place walking in was clean, orderly, spacious and represented well from the photos on the listing. Everything worked well and definitely slept fantastic even being next to the street. Plenty of seating and enough tools for your basic needs. Anyone who will be out of the day doing Texas attractions and restaurants will want to stay here with their friends/family. The massage chair is amazing! Several shopping and food options within walking distance or a quick 5 minute drive. The cons: Sitting in the brown chairs at the dining room table, definitely gave in a bit where they have been loved. The brown couch looks comfortable, and even though available . . . . the wall stops the couch from leaning back. Second, when we were able to push the couch forward to lean back pulling up the leg rests up . . . we could all feel the bar and the fabric gave super loose. So, watching a movie or playing video games we could only do for two hours tops.”

“The condo was very nice but there was so many codes to know. The room code, garage code, gym code, front door of the complex code. I would say it would be easier if there was just 1 or 2 codes for the whole place. The shower curtain was really high up and didnt prevent the water from going on the floor. Luckily I found extra shower curtain hooks under the sink so I attached them to the curtain hook thats were already on there so water wouldn't get everywhere. Maybe the maintenance person can lower the shower rod bar down. But all in all it was a great condo and the host was very responsive. Thank you!”

“The property was one of the cleanest B&B's we've ever stayed in. However, When you took a shower the smell of sewage was so strong it actually made your eyes burn. That wasn't the worst part however, that award goes to the horrendous long term stay neighbors across the hall. Every night we were treated to them screaming and fighting. Twice during our stay we babysat our granddaughter who is 2 months old overnight. Whenever she cried for more than 5 minutes the guy would stand in the hall outside our door and scream at the top of his lungs. He did this repeatedly. If it wasn't for the fact that we had no where else to go and were obligated to pay, we would have found other lodging. We're originally from New Orleans and frequently visit and stay at B&Bs. I have never felt unsafe or like our money was wasted until this trip. Absolutely awful.”

“Property was nice and clean enjoyed my time but was outside in the back where the pool was talking with my family and kept getting alerts about our noise level. We were not loud but the alerts were annoying.”

“Disappointed in the Apartment. When checking in we noticed how dusty and unkempt the apartment was. The next day I noticed how there were multiple pieces of broken furniture around the place. A side table was being propped up by a plant pot, bed frame held up on cinder blocks and a bent dining table chair. In an attempt to make the space work for our 10 day trip we decided to clean and water the neglected plants. It only allowed us to realize that the space didnt quite look like the photos. The next morning I reached out to the property management company and shared all that we were experiencing. After sharing photos of everything, their response was "if you would like to vacate the unit, we understand". After finding other accommodations we left after 3 nights. Other things to note. The unit is on a busy street and there is a bus stop right outside the window. Buses run all night. Lots of weirdos. There is also a light outside in the courtyard that shines into both bedrooms.”

“There were a lot of maintenance issues like a broken toilet and missing pool keys and leak from unit above. If these all get handled it was a nice space and a good location”

“Ok. I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s around the world. I’ve never had an experience like this. The space itself was perfect for a weekend meeting with family - it was halfway! The good ends there. Three bathroom, but two of them had issues. One leaking, the other, the handle was malfunctioning. You couldn’t get pressure and a good temp. Towels were threadbare with holes. Fitted sheets wouldn’t stay on the beds. 3 inch long LIVE cockroach in a bedroom. Ants like I’ve never seen. Many other bugs (and I live in TX - I get it). Vehicle parked on the street broken into. Neighborhood noise that triggered a police noise complaint. Host responded quickly, but clearly AI. Every response was “checking with property management”. One of the massive living room windows didn’t have working shade. This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The space is perfect. Its maintenance and location, however, were very, very poor. Stay if you like. But bring bug spray, towels, and fit in the garage.”

“The tvs was glitching the remotes didn’t even go to a specific television and the WiFi wasn’t really good other den dat we was chill besides whoever texted me about smoking Dey coulda been a lil bit more nice bout ih kuh we genuinely ain’t kno we jus thinking it’s a crib an we paid for ih .”

“Home was in terrible condition. Dark stains/colored stains all over the carpet. Scuffs and holes all throughout walls. Ethernet cord from upstairs is running down wall, under carpet and taped to floor. Multiple light fixtures in the home did not work. Upstairs bathroom has a leaking tub faucet. Icemaker did not work, refrigerator is dented. Several wasp nest in front and back yard. They did not allow us to use garage which made it very difficult to unload during rain, which it rained several days there. Property managers left the back yard gate open several occasions. Also it appears they have access while you are staying there. They know when you leave and arrive by the doorbell camera. We tried to move the same day we arrived and they would not allow it. We even asked for a refund and they would not honor it or give any type of credit.”
