“I enjoyed my stay at Vello Properties. I had to stay in Tempe for 4 days to take an accelerated chemistry course at ASU, so this was perfect and within walking distance. I wanted a place with a small kitchen so I could cook my own food and that was also what made me choose this property. The communication for the most part between the property manager and I was simple at first until I requested a late check out the day before. I was told I could check out at 2pm due to the time my lab ended, only to return to the airbnb to find cleaners in there. It made it awkward for me to get changed and head to the airport after so I was rushed out of there. The only advice I have for the property managers is to please get rid of the Teflon pots and pans they have for cooking. Those types of pots and pans are toxic and the materials they are made with end up directly in your food and cause cancer. As a cancer survivor, I refuse to eat from pots like that. And I wasn’t able to cook food properly.”

“Loved the location. Loved the neighborhood. Little bit smaller than what I expected but got the job done for what it was needed for. Would definitely stay again!”
