“Ok. I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s around the world. I’ve never had an experience like this. The space itself was perfect for a weekend meeting with family - it was halfway! The good ends there. Three bathroom, but two of them had issues. One leaking, the other, the handle was malfunctioning. You couldn’t get pressure and a good temp. Towels were threadbare with holes. Fitted sheets wouldn’t stay on the beds. 3 inch long LIVE cockroach in a bedroom. Ants like I’ve never seen. Many other bugs (and I live in TX - I get it). Vehicle parked on the street broken into. Neighborhood noise that triggered a police noise complaint. Host responded quickly, but clearly AI. Every response was “checking with property management”. One of the massive living room windows didn’t have working shade. This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The space is perfect. Its maintenance and location, however, were very, very poor. Stay if you like. But bring bug spray, towels, and fit in the garage.”
