“Very frustrating entry - door lock does not latch cleanly so does not open with correct code. Need maintenance. Bathroom doors does not latch. Mattress uncomfortable Trash location was wrong address. Terrible miss. Took us 40 mins to figure that out on our own.”

“At check in we were initially very pleased with the house. However, as we got settled, we started to notice little things that caused me to give this house a 3 star. First, this does not look like a new build. Doors are cracked/to where you can see light coming through… not something you would expect with a newly built house. One of the bathrooms did not have a shower rod or curtain. Which we eventually found on the floor of a utility closet. The host did offer to have someone come out to install it but my husband felt it was something he could do. When he attempted to install, he realized it was broken. I found this to be annoying simply because if the house is cleaned and prepared before each guest, this should have been identified. The dishwasher stopped working after one use and started making a beeping sound and eventually shut down completely. Additionally, the kitchen cabinets were sticky. The popcorn machine and grill were very dirty and had to be cleaned before using.”
