“PROS: Easy to get inside & very roomy for lots of guests/kids We felt right at home We enjoyed being right on the river & that kayaks were provided It was nice there was a small library of books to read 2 decks was a nice touch CONS: I noticed the master bed had a dirty, gross stain right in the center. I washed the blanket myself since it clearly was not done & the stain came right out. We felt a bit grossed out what other bedding/towels/dishes were not actually washed. There was trash left in the backyard of bottle caps & a plastic jug The sink in the middle bathroom was clogged the entire time which made it hard to brush teeth & wash your face The dishwasher door seemed broken and leaked a bit until I shut the door just right I couldn't find scissors which made it annoying the entire time to open a few items We needed steak knives & there was only 1 paring knife I found so we opened a box of a new knife set in the closet hoping it was ok since there was no sign or lock on the door”

“We had a lovely and restful family visit at this home. Direct river views were beautiful and made for wonderful bird watching . Floating in the tubes and fishing from the property were highlights. The property was not fully cleaned and detracted from our stay. Not something I expected at a home coded in the Lux category.”

“This airbnb looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. There was dust, dirt, cobwebs, and spiders all over the place. There was dust under the furniture where you could tell they don’t move the furniture to “clean”. I could write my name in the dust, it was so thick. There was a spider hanging over the kitchen stove the entire time we were there. Too high up to reach ourselves. Dishes that were in the kitchen cabinets were dirty, we had to wash everything before using it. The ac unit in the kitchen window looked moldy. The tubes and kayaks were not ready to use, every single one was covered in mud and dirt. The grill on the front porch did not work. I enjoyed my trip, but this place should have been cleaner. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Would not recommend.”
