“Had a wonderful beach trip here. Easy to find and close to everything. Beaches were great and facilities were well kept.”

“Host is not very responsive. The house was a little difficult to locate. I was not expecting to have to walk down a long boardwalk to get to the house and it’s not handicap friendly. It was a very cute house, it was very dusty and could use a good deep clean but over all it was not terrible. The little neighborhood is kept up fairly well. The road could use some maintenance work, the pot holes are outrageous and the parking is ridiculous. There was never parking near our unit because the surrounding houses always had guest and they would always park so far apart. We had to park 2 houses down or in the visitor parking area. There was no security or anyone monitoring whether or not the vehicles were authorized. My daughter left some of her items in the drawer of the nightstand but the owner stated they weren’t there, when I messaged her 3 hours after we checked out. I know they were, I saw them. Housekeeping took them or the owner never asked them to look.”

“It was a great place to stay. Good location around a lot of popular places. My only gripe is about the night time security guard.”

“4 stars only because the ice machine took $6 bucks from me. was told by the guard to call the number on the machine because they couldn’t help me. the number on the machine was no longer in service. otherwise, it was absolutley awesome. looked just like the pictures, just a few steps from the beach. room was very clean it was overall just an awesome experience.”

“This was a perfect no frills get to the beach location was wonderful and space could’ve been But it took til the 3rd day to get the floors cleaned properly Our feet were just black and sticky stains in several spots They didn’t offer to have it recleaned despite several pictures and being informed of the state of the unit they asked us what areas we wanted spot cleaned (I had to clean the bathrooms myself with scrubbing bubbles to remove the mold ) There was a missing drain cover with a metal screw sticking out of the main tub So we were not able to give either of our two children baths The management team came up to “fix” the issue and did nothing We also inquired about why the deadbolt was removed and could it be put back Because our toddlers made many escape attempts And it’s a fire hazard to block the door with something especially on the 3rd floor They said they would get back to us on the lock and the tub And they said nothing about either Great great location th”

“1st night no hot water. Reported and went to dinner. Came back to water shut off to the entire condo without any communication whatsoever. 11pm a repairman comes and says tank has to be replaced and they may need to move us but expect plumber first thing in the morning. Plumber didn't arrive until 4pm the next day. Zero communication from owner or rental services. Over 24 hrs no water! Only to be told it will be Monday before it can be fixed. ONLY then did we get told they were moving us to another condo MILES away. I asked repeatedly for a refund of at the least the time without water... no response.”

“I have stayed at romar village before and had a nice condo! this one was not! no ice, 2 of the sliding doors to the patio didn't work, no dish towels, and the beds were very small and uncomfortable! if you stay in this unit, bring everything, because they supply nothing!”

“Would have given a better review had the elevator been working on the morning of our departure. Not a happy time. Reported this but never heard back. Consequently would not stay there again and would not recommend.”

“Should have listened to the reviews on the maintenance on this home. It’s like they put lipstick on a pig. Yes it was nice area, but the home has issues. Extre bedroom floor falling through. Living room floor plug out of floor. Master bath smelled like pee. House smelled mildewy. Vanity’s, chipped paint. Spindle’s on upper deck not secure at all, very dangerous. Master shower slow drain, standing in 2-3 inches of water while showering. Outdoor chairs broke. My husband fell through one. Pool dirty! Only 1 sliding door in kitchen opened and was really hard to lock. Other sets of sliders you could not get to open or close. So out of 5 sliding doors, that you are allowed to use only 1 worked properly. Hole in wall in pink room. Needs loads of outdoor maintenance too. But, great view and location. Very disappointed with rental and host. The pool guy showed up to clean the pool the day before we left. No response to other complaints. Got photo’s, but no place to post. Could go on and on”

“Horrible stay- Many things in apartment were broken. 1)Hot tub had exposed wires = unusable. 2)Curtain rod in bedroom broken. 3)TV in living room mounted crooked. 4)Metal gate surrounding porch had broken slats. It rattled every time wind blew by & you could hear it loudly inside the apartment. 4)Both elevators did not work on 1st day. 1 was out of service 5 of the 6days. We were on 5th floor, but thankfully not the 14th floor. The representative we notified was rude & blamed it on the HOA. Maintenance showed up on day5, but too late by then! On day2, I asked for a reduced rate/refund & was told a refund would only be granted if I moved out, but since all other options in the area were twice as expensive since it was day of/no notice during Spring Break, we couldn’t afford to move & had to stay in a busted rental the whole week.”
