“★★★☆☆ Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. The washing machine flooded twice, leaving us to use the available towels to contain the water. Maintenance responded after the first incident, but we were not told the washer had been repaired or was safe to use until I followed up multiple times. After the second flooding, we were left without adequate towels and told additional towels would not be available until the next day. We also had concerns about the cleanliness of the property, including mold/mildew. All 7 of us chose to use the master bath amenities due to poor cleaning. I appreciate that management responded to our concerns and ultimately offered compensation. However, much of the communication and follow-up had to be initiated by me. Problems can happen, but guests on vacation should not have to repeatedly pursue management for updates, maintenance resolution, or basic necessities. I hope our experience helps improve communication and response for future guests.”
