“Good price for area, comes with full kitchen, nice living room, big bedroom with bath. The view is pretty alright too. The building is in a good location, right on eat street, so a lot of stuff is walkable. Be aware, parking is in a construction lot across the street. Is a little sketchy at nights. The oven was extremely filthy, we had to DEEP clean it before use, as it was smoking while preheating from leftover food / grease. The dryer was FULL of lint, we had to clean that pretty hard as well, we noticed the clothes weren’t drying with one cycle, so we checked it ourselves. This normally wouldn’t have been an issue, but since there is a $70 cleaning fee, I would have expected it to be cleaned beforehand. I would gladly stay here again if the before mentioned places were cleaner.”

“We were given incorrect lockbox code. After a lengthy phone conversation was given new code to try. New code worked but lockbox was empty. Took awhile to retrieve a fob from apartment office. The office closed soon after so if we had arrived later we would not had been able to gain access. Once inside apartment it fit our needs for a two night stay. Views are the best part. Kitchen not well appointed if you are eating in and forget about trying to use the coffee maker. On the plus side received several emails during our stay to just check in.”

“Overall, our stay was good. However, we had issues getting into the building the two of the nights of our stay. The key fob and code provided did not work for the exterior building door. The first night it was less of an issue because we got there around the same time as another person in the building. However, our last night we returned home around 2 AM after a wedding and were stuck outside. We called the number provided for the host and no one answered, nor did anyone from the number provided on the door to the building. We had to wait a while but finally another occupant came by and let us in. Our only other issue was that the hot water did not stay hot in the showers dependably, and would occasionally turn warm. We understand that this was likely just due to the building being older.”

“I’d never stay here again. The parking was far from the Airbnb in an unsafe parking lot for two women. We got inside the Airbnb, no blankets were provided for the pullout bed. Only blanket was on the main bed. The entire unit was damp and humid and the thermostat on the wall did not work. When I complained about the blankets and AC, they said they would send someone to deliver and fix. We showed back up to the Airbnb after our event at night and they left the blankets unwashed bought from probably target sitting on the door outside of the apartment. Anyone had access to these! Also, the bed was broken and the mattress sunk in through the bed frame and hit the ground. I’d never stay here again.”

“It was a nice place. However the sirens and the traffic noise was so loud and all the time. The address 412 is incorrect - it is actually 410 which would have helped us. There was not a coffee maker so we had to buy one. Windows were nice except it was bright at night.”

“Overall the place feels really gross! The sheets on the bed were dirty when we arrived. We were also told that bedding for the sofa bed was in the couch. They had left 3 fitted sheets as our extra bedding for the sofa bed. When we asked for clean sheets to be sent and a blanket for the sofa bed they sent a mix of sheets, some cleaned and some stained, that was not enough for the all of the beds. We asked for additional sheets to be sent and when making the beds we found many stains on the mattresses or mattress protected if there was one. And the pillows had many stains. The beds were also spring mattresses with many springs that had given out so only one side would be sleepable. We had to move airbnbs to go somewhere that was actually clean and comfortable.”

“Good place! The host was very responsive and the building is very secure. It's close to downtown, with a bus stop right in front. It's also on a food street, so there are plenty of options for food! A few things they should check before renting it out: it was a little dusty, there was broken glass in the dishwasher, and no bedding for the third person. We did get bedding later from house keeping. The area is decent, though people hang around at night because of a drug/smoke store nearby. There are cops parked there 24/7 though, so it's fine.”

“Our stay in the unit titled “2B condo pool/gym & golf sim” had several serious issues. We encountered multiple live roaches and had to kill them ourselves. At one point, a roach crawled up my leg, which was extremely uncomfortable. This was not a one-time occurrence and raised major concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. There were also cleanliness issues, including buildup under furniture and dog hair. The bunk bed was not sturdy, so my girlfriend’s nephews slept on the couch. The water also did not get hot. We cleaned up after ourselves and sent the host photos of every roach we killed and the buildup we found. The host called us and asked us not to leave a bad review. When we raised concerns, the owners declined a refund, saying there was not enough evidence. We also had to leave groceries behind out of concern they may have been contaminated. Shortly after checkout, the unit appeared to be made available again, then changed to “owner” occupancy after we questioned it.”

“Would not stay here again the whole place smelled like weed, it took us like 30 minutes just to try to get in.Once we got in the cleaners had left leftover fast food on the counters, stains on the bed, the towels and washclothes looked like they had been used for years raggedy and run through, Pubic hair all over the bathroom floors, and just dogs everywhere. Our checkout time was 11 it was 10:50 am and the cleaning ladies w all there kids started knocking on the door for us to hurry and get out. Completely unacceptable would not recommend to anyone! Also girls were twerking by our car to loud music at 11 am as I was putting my children in the car so that was fine too!”

“I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your Airbnb. We arrived at 4:00 PM, as scheduled, but the property was not ready for check-in. The cleaning staff were still on-site, and we were informed that the property would not be ready until 5:00 PM. This resulted in a one-hour wait, which was frustrating given our early arrival. Furthermore, the cleaning staff seemed unaccommodating and unhelpful. We were not provided with a parking pass, which caused us to search for parking for an additional hour. When we contacted the management to request assistance, we were advised to seek street parking, which was not clearly communicated prior to our arrival.”
