With a hidden $50 nonrefundable fee after booking and poor cleanliness, this rental is not one I would choose again. The floors were dirty, the sheets smelled and had visible crumbs, almost half of the dishes had been returned to the cabinet used, and the couch was covered in animal hair. The overhead light in one of the bedrooms flickered to the point it was unusable. We were given the wrong check-in code at first, but were able to resolve it quickly with a phone call. The cleanliness issue was also communicated to the host, but the solution they were willing to offer was a reclean the night before checkout. The space was nice, but the state of the place took the enjoyment out of what could have been a pleasant stay.

Parking was chaotic due to it being across the street and behind another building and a lot of construction, which I do understand is unavoidable; I wish we had been told earlier the parking arrangement. We struggled to get in because the wrong door code was sent. It took me off guard that a full background check outside of Airbnb —including prior job history, prior addresses, family relative identification was required prior to receiving a confirmation for this booking. The couch had visible and excessive stains and both lamps in the bedroom had been broken. Things obviously happen with guests but with the stack of damage fees and damage deposits you’re warned about I would’ve expected prior damage to have been fixed. We were warned about a fee for not returning a parking pass but we never received one before the end of our stay. It worked for our time there but it was chaotic and could’ve been cleaner.

The bed was broken and also almost all the doors were broken so was the couch and the sink would fill up as if it was clogged the smell was bad and over all just a bad stay for me

Fit our needs but thank goodness it was for one night. The place it self was great except their being food on the floor when we got there. Not in a safe location and even though the reservation is a 3 bedroom there’s only one parking spot and if you have multiple people that’s a big issues. They said street parking but there was none available on a Monday for blocks and blocks and again it was sketchy. We ended parking several blocks away and having to walk/uber back to the place. When I realized how bad the parking was and how unsafe the area was I reached out to see if it was possible to cancel since they weren’t transparent on the booking. They said they wouldn’t refund or help. The leasing office helped more than them and said they’ve had others come with issues for this place. There’s better spots in Minneapolis and with it being $250 a night, save money and stay somewhere else.

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your Airbnb. We arrived at 4:00 PM, as scheduled, but the property was not ready for check-in. The cleaning staff were still on-site, and we were informed that the property would not be ready until 5:00 PM. This resulted in a one-hour wait, which was frustrating given our early arrival. Furthermore, the cleaning staff seemed unaccommodating and unhelpful. We were not provided with a parking pass, which caused us to search for parking for an additional hour. When we contacted the management to request assistance, we were advised to seek street parking, which was not clearly communicated prior to our arrival.
