“We enjoyed our stay, and we recommend this condo to others. It is a short drive to the beach, about 10 minutes. Pool is right across the street.”

“Overall the condo was great. Check in/out seemed like a little hassle especially if arriving late at night. Most places today use keyless entry and digital check in/out so was a little extra trouble but fortunately for us this place was not super far away from rental office. But the neighborhood was nice and facilities are nice also.”

“Overall, everything was great. The house was very clean, except for the bed. The bed sheets had what looked like blood or lipstick stains on them. We washed the sheets ourselves, and all of the stains came out in a single wash, which makes me think they simply weren’t washed before our arrival. Unfortunately, the sheets were quite dirty, and that was a very unpleasant part of our stay.”

“The house was spacious and comfortable although the furnishings were dated and stained bedspreads and carpeting. More upkeep and care by the owners would make a big difference. Broken screens on the screened in porch and other signs of poor maintenance make the property look tired and not well kept.”

“Great location and view of True Blue. The patio was peaceful. Very convenient for golfers and super close to a lot of restaurants. Unfortunately not very clean.”

“My family really enjoyed the stay, but I feel as though they need to look into a better cleaning company. There were stains on all of the couch pillows, the duvet cover and pillows in the master bedroom and the bed skirts. Pawleys Island is our favorite spot to vacation and we had a great trip overall, but the cleanliness of the condo was disappointing.”

“Confusing amenities…LBTS pools are not included, but we still had a good vacation.”
