“Beautiful place to stay”

“pros: location and easy access to beach, pool, elevator in home, labeling of drawers in kitchen and lights in home, private little dock for fishing, TideLife Vacation staff cons: not cleaned well, lots of maintenance issues including garage door malfunction, loose pickets on upper deck, TV's not working, loose tile near pool edge that is a hazard, and terrible wasp infestation around decks and pool. Anyone planning to reserve this space should inquire if all these issues have been addressed and corrected. We spent too much of our trip requesting and waiting on help for these things - not to mention not using some areas due to wasp problem.”

“The house was spacious and comfortable although the furnishings were dated and stained bedspreads and carpeting. More upkeep and care by the owners would make a big difference. Broken screens on the screened in porch and other signs of poor maintenance make the property look tired and not well kept.”

“Great gated community, safe and security people were courteous, helpful and always greeted us. The house was perfect gathering spot for our family, the 4th of July fireworks were lovely. We rented a golf cart to roam around the community which is needed, it is large. The house was equipped with everything we needed, only suggestion are tv’s in the other guest bedrooms, there is a nice size one in the master suite. LOVED the enclosed sun room.”
