“We had a great time together as a family. The house was clean and spacious, but not stocked with anything extra. The location was good. Just a short walk to the beach, as described. The beach was very nice, and not crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch that had several rocking chairs and a lot of extra seating. Overall, we had a good experience.”

“The area is lovely. I was told I could checkin early & it had been cleaned by 9am. It had not been cleaned when I arrived around 3pm. Lady who came to clean after I was able to contact them was wonderful. Tech had to come by as internet information I was given did not work as owners had changed the router & did not inform office. Cell phone connection was a bit sketchy. People above had a party, which went on late & is not allowed. People who stayed above had elephant feet and banged around a lot. Neighbor who lives in condo 1 had an attitude though I was quiet and caused no issues. Having said all of this, the condo is lovely and quiet with no people above you. The surrounding are beautiful & the pool is directly across the street. Pawley’s Plantation is a well thought out & golf course looked respectable. There are nice little shops down the road. Georgetown & Murrell’s Inlet are not far away with nice restaurants. Amazon, food & groceries can be delivered. Security - very good.”

“This is a large unit with easy parking and reasonably close access to the beach. The furnishings were showing some wear and tear - stains on rugs and furniture - but were high quality and we especially appreciated the bunk beds. The house manual/ instructions were pretty sparse and I didn’t love that we had to drive to the key pickup rather than just a keypad entry, but ultimately only added about 10 minutes and the office reps were friendly. We only stayed a short time so weren’t able to use the small Marsh Hawk pool but the nearby beach was great! Overall it worked for what we needed, rather expensive for what you get but it’s summer at Myrtle Beach so that’s to be expected.”
