“Great location and really nice house and space. The house is on the opposite side of the mailbox (we originally went to the wrong house). Though everything was tidy, the floors and under the counters and couches could have been cleaned better. You will get multiple communications from the third-party rental company and they will ask you to sign a number of contracts, which was not disclosed in the AirBnB listing. Overall, we had a great stay and made good use of the space, amenities, and location.”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay at the house. It exceeded our expectations. It was so clean, had all amenities, extra pack n play. and even kids toys. The beach was walking distance and New Buffalo’s main strip of restaurants and shops was a short 5 min drive. The neighborhood was peaceful and private. Third Coast was extremely communicative before and during our stay. We had a couple hiccups with getting in, and the pool, and all were resolved very quickly. Highly recommend!”

“This house was everything we needed and more. Beautiful! Quick drive to downtown new buffalo and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully loaded with all of the cookware and table settings one would need. Plenty of linens as well. The house felt even bigger than pictured. Our group spent a lot of our time on the screened porch while at home. Management was very responsive. Best air bnb experience I have had, will be back!!”

“Our family of 3 had a perfect long weekend in NB! The location is unmatched, we were able to walk everywhere as it was central to everything. The space was perfect too as our daughter had her own room separate from us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast everyday, and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Only downside was that we wish we could have gotten a late checkout! 10/10 will be back here again!”

“We had an excellent experience, and the property was perfect for my family. There were plenty of rooms with comfortable beds, as well as more than enough bathrooms and towels to accommodate everyone throughout our stay. It was clear that Third Coast anticipated our needs; anything we realized we had forgotten to bring was already provided.”

“Stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend with my family and it was a great time! Everyone commented on how adorable the exterior of the home was and once we stepped inside we felt so cozy and comfortable. The decor is modern with a homie feel to it. The master bed and the queen bed were comfortable, the bunk bed room beds were not as comfortable and very squeaky but we made it work. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit every night along with the games we found in the master bedroom closet. House was very clean and we enjoyed the local coffee shops and restaurants all within an 8 minute drive, we even watched the sunset at Townline beach right down the road! Stray dog restaurant and merch shop was our favorite spot downtown new buffalo and Issa vibe coffee shop had the best coffee and paninis! Tapa Tacos inside the Gordon beach inn was a great authentic Mexican food experience we also enjoyed! Hosts were always responsive & kind! Would love to return here someday and do it all over again!”

“We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay in the future as we loved all the space and the location. Some feedback for a future stay that could help guarantee a 5 star review - it seems the house does need some small repairs throughout. Also the primary contact number listed all around the space should be monitored for messages as we didn't receive a response to our message throughout our entire stay.”

“We had an absolute blast at this place! Everything was beautiful, inside and out! The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Close to the beach and fun activities for kids! We can’t wait to stay again!”

“Great area, super close to the beach and a fun place to relax. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking. There was pet hair and human hair left around, and the garage “hang out” area had not been cleaned at all, with trash and cans left behind. The couch in the living room had noticeable stains and an unpleasant smell. When we went into the hot tub area, the TV was broken. It was fine for a weekend stay, but for the price, the level of cleanliness was lacking.”
