“The house was perfect for a low key friends get together on the beach. The place was pristine and we felt at home and cozy from the get go. It was well stocked with all the things you’d need for a beach weekend. Would highly recommend and would stay again.”

“This property is great! The house is perfect for larger groups with sitting areas on both levels and an additional smaller kitchen downstairs. The house was pristine and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The back yard is beautiful with lots to do. The new game room was amazing! Ping-pong, pool, card tables, arcade games and another sitting area. The house is on a quiet street near the beach walk over and a 5 minute drive to Publix and coffee. I would definitely recommend this house and we will come back!”

“We had a great stay at this Airbnb in St. Augustine. The location was one of our favorite parts - it was incredibly walkable and made it easy to enjoy the area without constantly needing to drive. We also really loved the large open-concept living room and kitchen space on the first floor, which made it comfortable and easy for everyone to spend time together. The only minor issue during our stay was that the washing machine could have used a cleaning, as it had a fairly musky smell. While the property is managed through a management group and many of the messages are automated, they were responsive whenever we reached out with questions or concerns, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others visiting St. Augustine”

“This house has so much room an everything you need. The play room and pool were a hit! And it’s conveniently located to every store you’ll need, the beach and i95. I will say the cleanliness of the kitchens could have been better. Both fridges had spilled liquid still inside and hair in the fridge. Also notice hair in the showers.”

“House well appointed. Did an ingenious job of designing place for large groups We were charged by host for something that was damaged prior to our arrival. Hosts were threatening and what should have been a simple situation became a ridiculous power struggle. I have loved my experiences with Air B n B. Not this time but the house was great.”
