“We did arrive a little early and the cleaning crew was still there (3:20PM), we decided to go to the store a pickup a few little things for our stay. We arrived back to the house at 4:30PM and the cleaning crew was still there, even though we should have been able to take "ownership" of the home at 4:00. There were an overabundance of unsightly, overflowing garbage cans out front, they were still mopping and folding towels. Pool heater constantly stayed on, we turned it to off and it was still almost too hot for the kids to play in. It was cloudy and an overpowering smell of chlorine, which tells me it was shocked before we got there (and way too much) by the end of our stay the pool was green, most likely because it was too hot and probably the same reason there was too much chlorine in it when we got there. (Trying to kill the green) I had 2 grandkids end up with, ear infections/swimmers early most likely because of the heat of the pool and the green growth.”

“My family an I had a wonderful time in this beautiful house it was so spacious the rooms where very nice as far as size an beauty.the kids love the pool an the pool table was so helpful keeping the men out the way lol . The game of hide an seek was fun in a house that size. Only thing that went wrong was two of the bathrooms lights where blown out ,which was a small fix . would love to use this house again for next family vacation.”

“The house is huge. The housekeeping was my only problem. Upon arrival Lots of trash bins overflowing in front of the home. Several beds were not changed, sheets dirty. Floors not vacuumed. No hands towels in the home. Hairs in the showers. Dirty bandaids in game room. We immediately contacted the property management. We were told me would get a refund. After checked out we contacted the property management but no one will answer my questions regarding the refund.”

“Great location and home. It was large enough for everyone to spread out.”

“It exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and had tons of space! It comfortably fit 20 of my family members. My son graduated from college and my family from Ohio came down and it was so much space and friendly neighbors. I would def stay there again!”
