“GREAT LOCATION! Can’t beat the location! Beds were comfortable. Loved the extras they did for our stay. From cupcakes with our name welcoming us to the boxes with items in the kitchen/bathrooms. Couldn’t figure out dryer at 1 point. I think I was hitting the start arrow and pause since they are on same button. Just had to move my finger over to the left a bit on the button and hold. Someone was right over. Very fast response to my messages. Would stay again but thinking the bigger house next time since it has a pool. Overall one of the better places I’ve stayed at.”

“We had 3 separate multi generational families staying for a week and we all felt like we had our “own space”. The pool and back yard felt private and the entire place was spotless and well stocked. The beach was just a quick walk and it was conveniently located to other amenities. The host was friendly and quickly responsive with any questions. They made our stay as smooth and easy as possible.”

“We had a great time here. The house was close to the beach and they provided chairs and a wagon which made going to the beach super enjoyable. The house was clean with good space on the outside lanai and patio for hanging out when it was too hot. Owners were kind and easy to communicate with--a great stay! online presentation was accurate to our experience.”

“We had an amazing stay! The home was perfectly located just one block from St Armands Circle making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We were greeted with delicious cupcakes in the refrigerator waiting for us after our long drive in. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool after long hot days. Highly recommend!”

“Our stay with 2 of our families was superb. The home is spacious, with room for everyone. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the pool, the multiple decks, jetted tub and massive island for eating and gathering. The location and walk to the beach is perfect. The booking, communication and check out was flawless. “We had a wonderful visit! The beach is so easy to walk to, as well as restaurants. They have an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and wagon to make things very convenient. The pool was wonderful and a lot of fun for our mixed age crew of adults, teens, and a toddler. We had a water pressure issue that they fixed quickly. Very responsive and friendly. We’re already talking about making a return trip next year!”

“Our week at Big Kahauna was perfect!! The location was amazing…walking distance to shops, the beach, the market, and restaurants. The house was fantastic. Exactly as described and perfect for our group of 20. Lots of beach equipment provided and the ice delivery was an awesome added perk! Really appreciate The Cottages quick responses to my questions and handling a few minor repairs. Will definitely stay here again!”

“House was not like brand new.... it was actually brand new. Construction completed less than 6 months ago. A few minor punch list things needed to be fixed (like any new house) but nothing that took away from our family vacation. Game room, pool area, and well stocked kitchen were all 5 stars. "Take a book" rack was also a nice touch that I have never seen in a rental home before. Hosts were very responsive to all requests. Thanks for the welcome cupcakes... our family will back for a future stay!!”
