“The home was very clean & had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation! The host was very responsive. The beach was just a short walk from the home, and the pool area was wonderful! Overall --- Great place to stay!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully arranged, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. It truly felt comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The location and atmosphere made it such a joy to be there, and it was clear that a great deal of care went into preparing the home for guests. Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival, which made settling in effortless. The host was attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We only had one small request during our stay, and it was handled promptly and professionally. Beyond that, everything was already so well prepared that we needed nothing else. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless beach getaway.”

“The house was exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful inside and out and extremely well maintained. The instructions were very easy to follow on how to get inside. There were plenty of beach towels/ beach chairs, a wagon for bringing to the beach, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, ice, the list goes on. The house is a block from the beach access and the beach is a very short walk to the water from beach access 13. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the house. The Cottages management group was very responsive throughout our entire stay and even provided local restaurants to go to. They really thought of everything to provide in the house. BEDS: very comfortable always a must when looking for a house. We would highly recommend the property and look forward to vacationing there again! Restaurant reccs: -Hyde steakhouse $$$ but 10/10 -Clasico Italian -Captain Curt’s for Bfast sandwich and coffee -Jake’s icecream -Lenny’z pizza -Johnny Longhots sandwiches”

“We loved staying here! It was in a beautiful area. The house was clean & the rental company was very responsive whenever we had a question. The pool was amazing and we loved how close we were to the village & beaches. Will definitely stay again!”

“Was extremely fantastic overall. I’ve never had a place communicate throughout the week the way The Cottages on the Key’s did. Couldn’t say enough great things about the home, the management company, and the location. My ONLY gripe would be the check in time seems like a hard 4:00pm - which is fine, but they did communicate the potential to get in early if the property was ready. We arrived early and were unable to get in until 4:00 while the property was ready - as we waited outside for a few hours. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!”

“Beautiful place with stunning views. We could see the water, watch the boats, and enjoy the sunset, which really made the stay feel special. The unit itself was nicely furnished, the amenities were great, and the location felt private and quiet. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool. The main downside was that the AC had a hard time keeping up in the front bedrooms, so those two rooms stayed pretty warm. There were also a couple of communication issues: I had asked about the garage code and was told I’d receive it when we checked in, but we were already checked in at that point. There was also some confusion about the parking pass, and I was initially sent to the wrong office, which took up some extra time. Overall, it was a very nice stay in a beautiful, peaceful location.”
