“Cute little house. Great location. At the end of the street was the Bean Point beach access. Which is one of the prettiest beaches we’ve ever been to. Very responsive when we were having ac issues. Had the maintenance person and ac company out right away to fix the issue.”

“My family and I stayed here for 6 nights. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked, bikes and floats were available, appliances worked well, and the hot tub and pool were a big hit. The beach, shops and restaurants are easily walkable or you can take a bike. They had beach chairs available and a wagon to carry everything. Our only complaint was the mosquitoes. We had never stayed on the water canal before and it seemed like that’s where they were coming from. During the day it was tolerable, but between the hours of 5 PM and 8 AM it was nearly impossible to be in the pool or hot tub. That was our only complaint about this beautiful place.”

“We had a wonderful 4th of July here! The property is clean, well stocked, and had fun extras like lots of rafts for the pool. They even left us some cupcakes for my birthday! We loved the outdoor area with the kitchen and tv. We were able to snack, swim and watch the World Cup while relaxing poolside. And the putting green was an added bonus for my golf obsessed husband. In addition, we loved the proximity to the beach, bay and shops/ restaurants. You truly did not have to get in the car if you enjoy walking. The hosts were responsive and patient with all questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful getaway. We would love to return!”
