“This place has an absolutely fantastic location. The complex is well maintained, surrounded by a lovely green oasis, and has a great pool. Check-in was easy. Being right on the ocean and just a 5-minute walk from the harbor makes this a truly unbeatable location. The apartment itself is clean and equipped with everything you need, but overall the property feels somewhat dated and a little worn. Unfortunately, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, so we had to take the clean sheets off the main bed and use them for the children’s sofa bed, leaving us without sheets for our own bed. It didn’t feel particularly comfortable. The extra bedding was brought by housekeeping on day 2. To be fair, I had sent my message outside the host’s office hours, but the communication was very matter-of-fact: I was simply told that the bedding “should be there.” It wasn’t unfriendly, but it didn’t feel particularly understanding. I also had to follow up again to ask if it could be brought.”

“We had a great time at this rental. The home is nice enough, no complaints but it's also not incredible particularly at this price point. That being said, the location, views, and beach access that come with the house are absolutely amazing and are really the main attraction here and we loved it.”

“As advertised but I didn’t notice it didn’t have A/C so it was hot and humid even with fans. Oceanside may be cooler but not where our condo was located. Great location near the marina, easily walkable. Would like an adult only pool as there were a lot of kids jumping around. Beautiful grounds, felt like Hawaii or Mexico.”

“With how much we were paying we should not have had to listen to footsteps above our room well after 10pm, talking also. Very uncomfortable for us and we spent most of our time leaving the house. If we had been aware that they (3-5 people) would be in and out hanging out in garage ect we would have just gotten a hotel room. We did not get to enjoy the house at all. Beautiful home!”

“Wish I could share photos. Glass from the main room view is so fogged between the panes of glass it’s difficult to see out. Ants in the kitchen. Host is a management company super slow responsiveness. And unhelpful”

“It was an okay Airbnb right down the street from the beach upstairs was very loud which wasn’t expect heard everything. The shower water wasn’t getting hot which wasn’t expected. The owner was rude when checking out”

“This location and the view is absolutely breathtaking! We napped on the raised bed with windows open, listening to the ocean waves while the ocean breeze kept the room cool. I absolutely loved the view and it was so nice to just step out onto the beach and go for a walk along the gorgeous coast. Our issue was that we had the balcony door open on the first day and all of a sudden we see a man on our balcony. There are no stairs so I assume he hopped up? It freaked me out so badly and I almost screamed. Turns out he was there to clean the windows. He just closed the balcony door on us and kept cleaning while I tried to hide under the sheets cuz it was so awkward and uncomfortable. I really didn’t enjoy that. All cleaning must be done before guests arrive. They felt so unsafe and disrespectful. Also a lot of rust so the place could use a coat of paint. However, I’d still go back if we get an apology for this cuz the place is so awesome. Thanks again.”

“Perfect location as was describe in the description .The place could use new towels as I didn’t care for motel 6 towels .There were also some dirty and chipped dishes in the kitchen which should have been removed before new people check in .More than anything I wasn’t happy about the door bell “ring bell with camera which was on front door facing patio .I wasn’t sure who was watching me while I was having dinner or sunbathing in patio .”

“The home is older and needs some TLC. Several things did not work properly and the property managers were not very quick to respond and resolve. The location and ocean view is amazing otherwise.”
