“Decent place. Keep in mind it’s under 250 sqft. Desperately could use some sort of AC, especially for the hotter months.”

“This unit is not a place to be inside. It’s stark, no lamps, bright Les lights in ceiling, bedroom bed against wall too big for bedroom along with too big dresser, Uncomfortable mattress, bathroom looks like the walls are in construction or patching, no coffee filters. They do have a coffee pot. Locks on sliders don’t work properly and rusted. Back garage door kickstand is not working and you have to lift it to close door. Parking was good. You hear Neighbors upstairs. They have an outside umbrella. The place is rundown and owners have lacked maintenance for along time inside. Over priced for quality of rental. We spent most of our time outside on patio and seeing San Diego.”

“Location is great really can’t beat it being right near the bay and the ocean side beach, but the house itself felt like someone had stayed there and it had not been cleaned. Every surface was dusty with excessive dog hair in the master. All of the walls have spill stains or hand prints. The kitchen sink doesn’t drain. Every single screen is broken or missing. Of course we emailed them and 24 hours later they responded they could send someone to clean but we only had 1 more day so that felt silly. For the screen issue they told me to put the AC on…. You’re on the beach with great weather and you want fresh air because the entire house smells so strongly of fabuloso…. But ya sure tell me to put the AC on. The house needs maintenance and normal upkeep, furniture is broken as well, but for our family to walk to the beach back and forth all day— we could look past these issues.”
