“Our family (2 parents, 2 adult children) spent several nights here in mid-March 2026 on a quick spring break trip. There's a ton of space in the house...plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I brought some work with me and the desk and seating area in the master bedroom was key for that. Good location in Leucadia...walking distance to Leucadia donuts, Just Peachy and other local favorites. Close to Neptune Avenue but on a quiet street away from the foot and vehicle traffic. The Grandview staircase is closed for repairs at the moment, so closest beach access is a little over a mile south (Beacons) or north (Ponto). Overall this is a great home base for a North County San Diego vacation, and we would definitely stay here again.”
