“We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and the pool and yard were a dream. Location was convenient to all- would definitely come back!”

“This house is large, spacious and handles a large group. Yard is nice. You cannot see the yard or pool from anywhere in the house, and there are no views from any rooms, you stare at fences only. The road is 24/7 speeding cars, loud, and has no sidewalk or shoulder, so taking a walk is out of the question. It is not near anything walkable anyway, just busy roads, but it is a short drive to town or a few beaches. Main exterior sliding door was broken. Sonos did not work. Basement a labyrinth, but game room well-appointed for kids. Air hockey table was broken and ping pong table nearly so. Great basement workout room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also nice. For price, we expected something much nicer, with functioning amenities and more clarity about location.”

“Beautiful home, dirty hot tub and pool, neighbor complained twice about noise in the middle of the day no where close to the ordinance of the town and we were very respectful; this house holds 16 people and you have a sound system built inside the house; unfair to receive complaints when we kept it at a certain level to be respectful”

“Great location. Nice, older A frame house that’s nicely decorated. A few issues. 1) Ring Camera in living room. Violation of policy and just strange. 2) Pool could not be used and was deemed “Green” for our stay. Owner offered a free night if we stayed longer or came back. Not realistic. Nothing else offered after multiple follow ups. 3) There are 3 bathrooms, but one is in basement with single bed bedroom. To be clear, it’s a basement. So, there are not en-suite bathrooms on main floor with 2 bedrooms as advertised.”

“The place matches the listing description pretty accurately. But honestly the place was pretty disgusting. Upon entering the home there was a very intense smoke smell and when I told the owner, the response I got was “it’s too bad about the smoke.” The place was also very dusty and dirty. The bathtub had grime in it and I didn’t even want to shower the entire weekend. I know it’s summer and ants are very common, but the owner could’ve at least put ant traps throughout the home. The outside chairs at the table were super dirty that we all had to put towels down in order to sit. The worst part was that the bed sheets also clearly had not been changed since the last guest because there were little hairs all over when I pulled the covers back. Very disappointed with this stay.”

“I had a lovely stay, very cozy and the beds were extremely comfy. The house is great for a fun stay, the pool was great, the backyard was extremely beautiful. I really enjoyed it. My only annoyance was the hoops that third party company asking you a million questions. I only provide info to Airbnb and never to third parties so that is my primary negative comment. Other wise you will love this spot”
