“Great and spacious home, lovely pool and very fun location!”

“This house is large, spacious and handles a large group. Yard is nice. You cannot see the yard or pool from anywhere in the house, and there are no views from any rooms, you stare at fences only. The road is 24/7 speeding cars, loud, and has no sidewalk or shoulder, so taking a walk is out of the question. It is not near anything walkable anyway, just busy roads, but it is a short drive to town or a few beaches. Main exterior sliding door was broken. Sonos did not work. Basement a labyrinth, but game room well-appointed for kids. Air hockey table was broken and ping pong table nearly so. Great basement workout room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also nice. For price, we expected something much nicer, with functioning amenities and more clarity about location.”

“We loved our stay at Stay Marquis and would definitely come back! A few minor things to note: communication prior to arrival was a little bit difficult in terms of response time + there was a storm the day before our arrival so the entire pool was covered in leaves and small branches, meaning we weren’t able to use it & when we asked if they could send someone to clean it we were told they will try, that it had just been cleaned and that we could try ourselves with the pool net. It would have just been nice if they had taken care of that during the morning before check in. Everything else was great!”

“The pool was so nice during the heat wave. Hydrangeas were gorgeous. Could have used more trash barrels and a better marked address. The house was hard to find. The hot tub was wonderful along with all the pool toys!”

“Great beach side cottage! Perfect location and setting for hot july 4th weekend. Was close to both Sag Harbor and Southhampton.”
