Stay With Vibe

Stay With Vibe's guest rating of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Overall I would stay here again the place looks very nice and was very clean itself and is located in a very nice neighborhood community. The only CONS were the people never came to collect my trash even though I followed the instructions on how to put it out. The bedding had yellow stains on it on one pillow and the comforter. And lastly the biggest problem for me were ants due to the summer heat were really bad. When I first got there I saw some and gradually just kept seeing more. Aside from those few things that can be easily fixed I’d recommend this place and would return!

The place looks nice but once u look closer there are bugs EVERYWHERE. There was an infestation of biting ants in this place. I constantly advised the host and they were not responsive just kept sending me AI responses. Also be sure to not park anywhere where there are reserved signs!! There was no clear instructions that I could not park there. My car was towed and I had to pay a $300 fee. You also have to walk or drive on the other side of the community to take your trash out!! The Airbnb is very hard to locate once u are in the complex. There is no clear instructions. The lock and door situation is also very unclear at first. Overall this was not worth the $1200 I spent. Especially not to live with bugs. Save yourself PLEASE

Place was completely broken up, flooring was shattered and dangerous, broken kitchen board, all doors would not close or lock at all, bugs everywhere, have not heard back from their management about the stay. Only stayed 1 week out of the month we stayed because it was too dangerous for our child as well as super ghetto all around had literal Crack houses visible from porch

Staywithvibe communicates very efficiently, and the location is great with comfortable apartments. However, the check-in process was a major frustration. Staywithvibe requires an extensive external form for every guest. It asks for an overwhelming amount of information, including departure dates, guest counts, names, license plate numbers, dates of birth, and photos of driver's licenses. Because of this, I was never able to successfully complete it and had to wait over half an hour just to get into the apartment after arrival. To make matters worse, upon finally getting inside, the apartment was 95 degrees, which meant they had to move me to a different unit. Be prepared that you must complete this application, or they will not provide the door passcode. I wanted to cancel due to these issues, but unfortunately, the reservation was non-refundable.

The apartment was fine, except the flooring was coming up all around the apartment, including the tile in the shower. Although I made frequent requests for The Vibe to address the issue, no one ever came until the very last day of our four week stay and all he did was look at the tile and leave. I asked for a refund from Airbnb and The Vibe and was not given one. I am very disappointed.

This was one of the most frustrating Airbnb experiences I've had. My partner and I booked a two-week stay, but problems started immediately when the AC in our original unit didn't work, forcing us to move to another unit. Unfortunately, the second unit had issues too. The living room TV didn't work due to what appeared to be an electrical problem, and we were repeatedly asked to troubleshoot things ourselves. We spent time searching for panels and equipment we couldn't locate. The Wi-Fi also failed multiple times. When asked to reset the modem, we searched everywhere but couldn't find it and assumed it may have been left in the original unit we were moved from. The replacement Wi-Fi network eventually stopped working as well, leaving us to rely on our personal phone hotspots just to watch TV. Guests should not have to deal with broken AC, TV issues, unreliable internet, and constant troubleshooting during their stay. While the host responded to messages, our experience was stressful!!!

The apartment was a great size, the furnishings were fine. However the place was filthy. Walked in and it smelled like stale cigarettes, I truly don’t think the place had been cleaned in quite sometime. Shower curtain had mold on it,not sure if sheets had Ben cleaned as I found long black hair and it wasn’t mine. My husband found hair in the shower. It wasn’t a good experience.

Host canceled our reservation at the last minute. This is an extremely busy time in the Raleigh area, and that left us high & dry without any where to stay. Would not recommend due to last minute cancelation.

Horrible experience. Did receive the full refund. We arrived late at night to find people staying in the listing. They hurried out. The host is a switch board and would not listen to what we were saying. They offered another unit in the same building, but we declined because we did not feel safe. They were not aware that someone was in the listing. The door locks are digital, so the lock history would show that it was unlocked and what code was used. We did not stay in the other unit because we weren’t sure who had access to the code. I suggest looking for listings that are hosted by individuals who actually live in the area and physically manage their listings.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM THIS PLACE. 1. The building (photos conveniently missing) that these units are located in is awful. We weren’t expecting a mansion but it legitimately looks like an internment camp. Do not get catfished by the pictures in the listing (lesson learned). 2. There is a “gravel lot” in the front of the building that could fit ~5 cars. Unfortunately, there were two giant dumpsters in the way which made it 2 cars maximum. 3. The pictures in the listing did not match the unit we got. Our bathroom was about half the size of the one in the pictures. 4. The place was dirty — there was a huge mysterious brown streak running from the light switch to the ground. And there were two separate clumps of bugs smeared on the wall in the bathroom. 5. The WiFi would work for 5 minutes, then go out for 25 minutes. So about 10 minutes of uptime per hour. Do not make the same mistake we did with this place.
