“Overall I would stay here again the place looks very nice and was very clean itself and is located in a very nice neighborhood community. The only CONS were the people never came to collect my trash even though I followed the instructions on how to put it out. The bedding had yellow stains on it on one pillow and the comforter. And lastly the biggest problem for me were ants due to the summer heat were really bad. When I first got there I saw some and gradually just kept seeing more. Aside from those few things that can be easily fixed I’d recommend this place and would return!”

“The place looks nice but once u look closer there are bugs EVERYWHERE. There was an infestation of biting ants in this place. I constantly advised the host and they were not responsive just kept sending me AI responses. Also be sure to not park anywhere where there are reserved signs!! There was no clear instructions that I could not park there. My car was towed and I had to pay a $300 fee. You also have to walk or drive on the other side of the community to take your trash out!! The Airbnb is very hard to locate once u are in the complex. There is no clear instructions. The lock and door situation is also very unclear at first. Overall this was not worth the $1200 I spent. Especially not to live with bugs. Save yourself PLEASE”
