“4.5/5 stay in this space. This location was easy to find and was in a safe, quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Only about a 15 minute Uber ride to downtown. Overall, this was a lovely spot that fit all of our needs. Inside the space was very clean (but not spotless). It offered plenty of space and amenities for a delightful, comfortable stay. I will say the king size bed is a firm Tempur-pedic mattress and could potentially cause discomfort if you have neck, back and shoulder issues.”airbnb

“Lots of house rules but the house had dirty dishes in the drawers and things were not as clean as they should have been. The house also had a stale smell to it. All of this was brought to the attention of the host and while an apology was given, nothing was ever done to correct any of these issues. I hope these issue are corrected for the next guest.”airbnb

“The house was really nice but there is no privacy he said there was no smoking im the home so we went outside he was watching on the camera porch he came at 1am inn morning said it was to many people it was 1 person more he kick me out and said we had 5 min to leave or he was calling the police no damages was done to the house. It was clean dishes was washed fridge was cleaned out and he was so rude.”airbnb

“Our group unfortunately did not have a good experience at this property. The home did not match the way it was presented in the listing. The photos make the space appear much cleaner and better maintained than it actually is. When we arrived, there were noticeable stains on both the carpet and the sofa, and the overall cleanliness of the home was concerning. The listing also states that the home is a single-level property with no stairs, but that was not accurate. There is a basement and an attic area that were not mentioned anywhere in the listing description. The layout of the house felt very different from what was presented online. When we tried to communicate our concerns, the host was rude at times and not very understanding about why our group felt uncomfortable staying there. The host eventually provided us with a different accommodation, which we appreciated, but it came only after a lot of stress, back-and-forth communication, and hassle late at night after a long drive.”airbnb

“I'm writing this because it's the best way to leave our message so future clients don't encounter our bad experience. These days, the economy is tough, making it difficult to plan a vacation away from home with your children. But you always save up for them and make it happen. So, you focus on finding a cozy place, since we're talking about Orlando, Florida, where the house has a private pool with a heater and a good grill, since we love being outdoors. I should mention that this service is extra after you pay the lodging fee. The pool heater costs $50 a day, and you have to buy the gas for the grill yourself, but you also have to pay an extra $40 for cleaning the BBQ. We had it cleaned, and they returned it dirty, and the pool heater didn't work. My youngest son was very sad about his vacation because we couldn't use the pool since it never heated up. The owner sends photos, deceiving the client with a supposed app from his cell phone, claiming the heater is in optimal condition, but”airbnb
