“For starters, Kim was an excellent host. Our flight plans changed and we arrived in town 4 hours earlier than originally anticipated. One message to Kim asking about early check-in and I received a call within minutes lettings us know we could check in early. Her home was wonderful and she supplied everything we needed and more. The view off the balcony and even the windows throughout were wonderful. It was well within walking distance of everything we could need. This being our fourth time in staying in Savannah, the free parking was a first for us, and a massive positive. I would highly recommend Kim as a host and her beautiful home in one of our favorite places, Savannah!”

“The first thing that stood out about Kim’s place was the fantastic location. After traveling around all of Savannah, it could have been in a more perfect part of the city. The views from inside are beautiful, especially from the balcony. The rooms are pristine! So much to do right outside the front door. Everything was immaculate inside. Kim was very helpful!”

“The location was great. I booked at the last minute so I don't think they knew it was booked. I was sent the wrong code initially to get in but that was quickly rectified by Kim. We were right across from Mercer House and down the street from Forsyth Park, which had an arts market on the Saturday that we were in. We found some great art and met some great people. It was only my husband and I we had a great time celebrating our anniversary.”

“If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Savannah, this is it! We absolutely loved our time at Kim's condo. The location is truly unbeatable, you are literally steps away from River Street, City Market, and all the historic squares, making it so easy to walk everywhere. ​The highlight of the space is definitely the panoramic river views from the oversized living room windows. Inside, the condo was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Having two large suites, both with king-sized beds and their own bathrooms, made it feel very luxurious. ​Kim was a fantastic host who communicated perfectly, and the 24-hour self check-in was a breeze. Having a free, reserved parking spot in the garage right behind the building was just the cherry on top. It’s incredibly obvious why this home is ranked in the top 1% on Airbnb. We wouldn't hesitate to book this spot again!”

“The penthouse is incredible and luxurious! It is also secure and the building is in a safe area. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beds are very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in each bedroom to feel extra cool at night. It was wonderful to relax on the balcony at night looking at the lights on Bay Street. Having a parking space included was necessary since there is no free parking in this neighborhood. The location on Bay Street is perfect! The River Walk is right across the street and you are steps away from restaurants, parks, and shopping. Kim was wonderful! Extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions. You couldn’t ask for anything more. I plan to stay at this penthouse again.”
