“5 minutes to a great beach, minutes to everything else like three fins coffee, easy to access main throughway, really couldn't have a better spot and neighborhood. Backyard was so much better than pictures, big and great for toddler and dog, we were outside a lot. Hot tub was incredible after beach days, wonderful peaceful neighborhood. Overall place was great, a few minor hiccups but kept in close touch with the property owners who responded promptly. They also went out of their way to being supplies so we could set up our kiddie pool out back.”

“The house was beautiful and close to stores and restaurants. Loved the deck and hot tub. TV outside. Beds very comfortable. Lots of towels. Perfect washer and dryer. Great grill. Deck was gated off for the dog. AC was wonderful. Fridge was much too small for a big group. But we had a fun week”

“The location is spectacular. Walked to rent kayak for the week and kept at the house - able to kayak to the beach. The kitchen is large and is fully equipped. The house is costal modern and has a lot of space.”

“We had a wonderful time at the America House. The host could not have been nicer and responded to all our questions immediately. The best experience we have ever had with property managers . We had a concern on the bikes being low on air etc. and it was taken care of immediately. They came out promptly, picked up the bikes, had the tires filled and repaired/returned them in a few hours which we were so grateful for. The kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans and cooking utensils needed. The towels and linens were all made from quality material. There are 4 bikes at the house and beach chairs too which saved us a lot of space in our car. The hot tub was very nice after a day at the golf course, and we enjoyed the fire pit at night too. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. You can walk to a small beach nearby but we chose to visit the larger West Dennis beach which was a short 3 minute drive away. Investigate getting a beach parking sticker before your stay.”
