“Most frustrating Airbnb experience. Gate access was an issue everyday and I was given incorrect instructions and everyone I talked to assured me daily it had been corrected. It had not. I spent more time on this ridiculous problem than you can imagine. Ruined the experience.”

“All of the toilets had a black ring around the rim, there was black mold around the tub overflow valve and shower door. The carpet was stained and visibly soiled along with all of the throw rugs. There were hand prints all over the walls and the walls needed to be painted. The glasses on the bathroom sink were dirty in every bathroom and the fake plants were dusty and one bed had hair on the sheets. I do not understand why there’s a cleaning fee and obviously the company or person they use does the bare minimum. The ice and water dispenser had slime on it.”

“The place was nice and clean. Modern furniture and design. Great location and close to the parks took about 15 to 20 minutes to all parks. One of the days we did not have Wi-Fi all night and there’s no service in the house unless you have Wi-Fi, so we were unable to communicate with host about the issue. Another issue was the owners ask you do not lower the AC under 73° due to possibly freezing their AC unit and if this is done, it can cost you extra. The couch did not match the one in the photos or advertised and was also extremely uncomfortable and small. There were no blankets available and towels were very limited. If you’re going to be the longer than 2 nights, I’d advise bringing toilet paper and paper towels as only provide one of each.”
