“Meant basic needs !”

“The home was great and just as described. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities or features of the home. However, the game room was organized and the pool was clean, both were ready for use. We did not make it to the clubhouse. The one day we had time, it was closed for a private event. We will stay again.”

“The stay was okay overall but unfortunately there were a few maintenance issues that affected our experience. The hot water did not work in one of the bedrooms which was disappointing, especially because I noticed a previous guest had mentioned experiencing the same issue. It was concerning to see that the problem apparently had not been resolved. There was also an issue with one of the upstairs toilets. It appeared to be clogged, and there was no plunger available in the home so we had to use a different bathroom instead. I chose not to report this issue during the stay because the previous hot water issue had apparently already been ongoing without being corrected. Overall, the home was okay, but these maintenance concerns made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the host is able to address these problems for future guests.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Cay. Home is exactly per the images. We were only a family of four but the house is very big with 5 bedrooms and could easily accommodate more. We particularly enjoyed the ‘snug’ area at the top of the stairs, the pool area and games room. It is a new resort and the central facilities are great, including the pool area which is fantastic. Slight negative for us was that it could be noisy on weekends, where people come for weekend stays. A couple of nights where people were in their pools being quite noisy until the early hours of the morning. The quiet hours are meant to be 10pm-7am though so this can be reported to the gate house. But that comes with the benefits of being on a resort I suppose. QR code needed to access site so very secure. Lots of shops and food places within a short distance, including Walmart and Publix. We found Sunset Walk along the 192 towards the end of our stay, which is a nice evening area with good food places etc”

“The house was great! There were a few bleach spots on the comforters but other than that the place was clean.”
