“Good place close to many attractions”

“Overall, we had a nice stay and the home worked well for our family, offering plenty of space, a private pool, resort amenities, and a convenient location. We did encounter a few maintenance issues: the A/C required a technician visit shortly after arrival, and both the outdoor pool TV and one game console were not working and remained unresolved before checkout. While none of these issues alone were major, together they impacted the experience given the premium price of the home, and we were disappointed that no adjustment was offered despite good communication from the host. For larger groups, note that parking is limited, so plan accordingly. With better maintenance and quality control, this could easily be a five-star property.”

“The house was nice of course, the ads sure did show what to expect and we came in with high hopes for a birthday trip. Unfortunately, the ads didn’t exactly live up to expectations. For starters, when we walked in, the AC was busted, so it was hot upon walking in. One of the rooms showed two bunk beds and a TV, the room had one bunk and one big bed leaving small space in said room, and the TV wasn’t even there. The lock on the bathroom door between a bedroom and the dining area was broken, so with 10 people it was an awkward and risky situation. The master bedroom was fine, the bathroom in it of course beautiful but the toilet and the space where it was was too small, the roll of paper was dang near touching the knees. And finally, the excessive rules in the place. Of course nothing wrong with keeping the place clean and orderly but some of the rules were just plain silly. Being a gated community is an important detail to mention in the ads. Wouldn’t be our first option to stay again.”

“The property was as described and access to the community clubhouse was great. overall a really great rental.”

“Communication was responsive and the place appeared clean. Issues arrised when there was a severe water leak from the spare bathroom upstairs into the kitchen below. This was a known issues in the unit which we found out later on by reading previous reviews. Wish we read more of the reviews before renting. We had to find another AirBNB last minute which put a wrench in our trip. We had to escalate with AirBNB to get refunded as the host was unwilling to refund our money. The unit was hot and there were no fans in the bedrooms. Bare minimum supplies compared to other AirBNB so be prepared to buy most everything you need. No spices, extra towels, dishwashing detergent/soap, etc. Beds were uncomfortable. The development was a decent way back off of main roads. There are definitely better choices if visting the Orlando area. Keep looking.”
