“Shamrock by the Sea is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood convenient to the Dragon Fly pool, Publix, Camp Watercolor and a quick golf cart ride to the beach club, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the bikes and-had some lovely rides! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking our breakfasts and lunches and having most dinners out. A lovely cozy home with 2 enclosed patios which we enjoyed and a great ping pong table for n the garage which we used during our only rainy day! We will look forward to next time!”

“Our stay at the home was great. Clean and comfy and quick responses. Very walkable to all areas. Only negative was the private beach was shoulder to shoulder with other guests. Too many beach chairs squeezed in a private section.”

“This home is well appointed and very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels for the home and lots of beach towels. Pool is great too. There are some hidden fees such as for the golf cart. Also to access the public beach you need to wade through the lake that runs into it which isn’t described. The area is lovely and the house is very comfortable. Communications with the property management group is slow and seems to be AI generated. It’s a great location and great house overall.”

“It really is a beautiful home. The pool was fantastic with our group (young kids and adults). The stairs are a lot of up and down, but we knew that booked. Easy beach access from the home especially with the golf cart. Plenty of beach and pool toys that you honestly wouldn’t need to bring much or any of your own.”

“Such an incredible stay for our family’s vacation! The house is even better than the photos. Beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of room for our family of nine. The pool, LSV, and bikes were such nice perks- and it’s a quick walk over to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here. We’ll likely stay again next time we visit 30A!”

“This is a truly luxurious home with top quality furnishings and appliances. The location is convenient and close to the GORGEOUS beach, great restaurants, and cool sites. The many different spaces meant family members could “do their own thing”, or join everyone else. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It’s a perfect place for a multi-generational family vacation; the elevator was a major plus for the matriarch! We’d definitely book again!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Timber & Tides! Pictures truly do not do this place justice. Perfectly comfortable fit two families with plenty of space to spread out. The kiddos loved the bikes and golf cart rides & moms and dads loved the front porch for morning coffee. The play room was a perfect little spot for our 2 through 5 year olds. We hope to return!”

“This house is in an excellent location, had a wonderful pool (that we had heated for a fee), and was large. It is definitely past its prime and the details haven’t been maintained well. A lot of scuffs on cabinets, dirt, and overall wear. You can tell it’s not owned by an individual. A lot of dishes in the cabinet were dirty, it lacked kitchen trash bags and cleaning items. There are some wobbly door knobs and light fixtures. I would’ve thought it would be better maintained for the price. Also, the house instructions in the book were outdated, like security doesn’t bring wristbands and we were given the wrong bike code and had to reach out and wait for the correct one. We did love swimming in the pool and appreciated the proximity to the city center. We’d probably book a different house the next time though.”

“While the home itself is beautiful and offers many appealing features, I would strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you book with this host or considering booking with a different host. The week leading up to my trip, I was unexpectedly hospitalized and remained there through my scheduled stay. During an already difficult and stressful time, I reached out to request either a refund or the option to reschedule. Unfortunately, the host was not flexible and showed very little understanding of the situation. Ended up losing a lot of money due their lack care. Experiences like this emphasize the importance of compassion and reasonable accommodation when unforeseen circumstances arise. I hope the host reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience.”
