“We have stayed in the area before, and liked this home, proximity to pool, walkability, and tram service. We took advantage of the splash pool because we did not enjoy the strict rules and crowded conditions at the Seacrest Beach pool.”

“Great location if you are looking to be right by the beach! Which we were, however the premium price paid didn’t match the interior. Too expensive for what you are getting, the fridge wasn’t working (put in an old fridge), a tile was cracked, the couch has stains all over. Also we booked wanting to pay for a late checkout which they said would accommodate however was not possible once I booked the place. This was why I asked before booking but I had to change our flights to leaver earlier because of this. Overall, the location was the what we wanted.”
