Southern Holiday Homes reviews in Inlet Beach, Florida

“House was fresh, clean, cute. Enjoyed a lot of biking through the neighborhoods. Golf carts aren’t allowed so we didn’t rent. Fonville Press ~ adorable spot for amazing coffee, brunch lunch is about 10 by bike. Community pool was quiet during our week. Sounds like 30 A is extremely packed and pools, beach, traffic are super busy during July, August so can’t speak for those times. Bears were spotted in the neighborhood, they really love the trash bins. Good stay!”

“This home was good to be in, despite there being many things needing to be taken care of. I guess my biggest complaint would be the lack of communication and effort from Southern Holiday Homes. I will not say many of the other things that was wrong with the home as to show some respect for this company and because we weren’t left satisfied nor dissatisfied. Thank you for letting us stay in this airbnb and overall we had a good trip.”

“Need a new dryer, took 3 cycles to dry.”

“I usually don’t leave long reviews but if you have time to read this please do so, it will save you a lot of headaches and disappointment. First of all this property is in no way cheap or affordable. It’s marketed to be luxury in rosemary. But it’s nowhere near what we expected or payed. First of all the place is a complete mess from the cleaning to the management. Our check in was at 4 pm we had to wait for cleaners to leave. I called they send another cleaner he also did not clean properly then they send a 3rd group to clean and they had to take photos for proof. Then the place is absolutely disgusting pee stains, sand and hair on the floor even broken nails. Furniture in this place is all stain and dirty broken swing, dirty hot tub that we never got to use bc they had to send pool tech twice. Then we got offered late check out just for them to call and say we had one hour to leave. Unprofessional, dirty, over priced. I mean I can go on and on I wish I could post photos. WASTE OF $$”

“Golf cart had very strict rules. You had to navigate over 4 lanes to drive to beach. The walking/biking path underneath the road was fantastic. Street lighting for bicycles were a concern. This area just wasn’t as quaint as some of the other areas we have stayed on 30 A. For us, we won’t return to Inlet Beach unless you can afford a home on the same side of the ocean.”
