“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was beautiful, private, and just what we needed for a getaway. Easy to get into town as well (5 miles to Anakeesta). Has all required amenities, spices and oil, utensils, etc. Highly recommend this place! Only glitch we had was we never received the door code to enter the house on the day of check in and since it was late at night, the host was unresponsive. We called airbnb support after a while and they helped.”airbnb

“There are no coffee mugs, cups, filters, but there is a coffee pot. No plastic or silverware if you bring food back to unit. The entry door remains unlocked. Lots of stairs, but the stairs are very nice. Nice balcony. I had to remove a wasp nest from the balcony, but the place was clean, cool, comfortable and located near many attractions and restaurants.”airbnb

“Not the best experience; the location was decent, but I would not stay there again. The apartment was not well equipped with amenities, including basic toiletries. We were instructed to bring our own after we ran out of the starter supplies. However, even in the starter pack, there was no hand soap in either washroom; the shampoo and conditioner bottles were so small that it was not enough for even 1 person. There was no shower gel but a soap bar, which can either be used as a body soap or as a hand soap. We were instructed to manage our own supplies, which I never had to worry about before. The cooking ware was super old; there were no extra trash bags, not enough dish soap, or extra kitchen towels. The floors were very squeaky, and even slight movement made noise, which made it difficult for us to sleep at night. No extra towels or blankets were provided. Overall, poor arrangement for the guests.”airbnb

“Great place but felt like they were skimping out a little bit. Had two rolls of terrible quality toilet paper and paper towel and were told to buy more if we needed. Had a full kitchen but no salt and pepper even. Place itself was nice and clean.”airbnb

“There was only one towel per person. So no extras if you decide to go for a swim, or to wrap your hair in. There were also no soap dishes by the sinks to use for washing your hands. But other than that, everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.”airbnb

“We had an amazing stay and loved the condo; however, we were given instructions that the refrigerator would need 6-8 hours to cool and we struggled with food going bad due to the fridge not holding temperature over our stay. Other than that, it was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend!”airbnb

“Access to the condo was fine. Elevator to the 5th floor worked OK, missing inspection certificate. Disappointed in a few things. Sink in master bath needed repair which was done quickly. Vertical blinds in the living room at the sliding glass door was broken and needs to be replaced. It was not replaced during our stay. We have stayed at many Airbnb places, and all have provided a Keurig coffee maker with at least a dozen pods. This unit has a 12 cup Black & Decker coffee maker. Make sure to bring your.own coffee and filters. If you intend to cook here, bring your spices, salt & pepper shakers. Salt & pepper shakers in this kitchen. but empty. finally, bring extra toilet tissue. Only one roll per bathroom provided. Nice view from outside patio, but seat cushions on outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Metal railings at patio need attention. peeling paint and some rust. Vertical blinds in front bedroom needs work. Also this BR windows needs a blackout blind.”airbnb

“The condo was wonderful, very spacious, lots of amenities, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Balcony had great view of city . Balcony table broken, patio door hard to open and close. Boasted about great sunsets from Balcony, very untrue. has hot tub in main bedroom, jets didn't work. Nice pools and lazy river. Again jets not working in hot tubs . Main upset was when they tried to cancel our stay of our choice 2 hours prior to check-in ,which was booked a year in advance and move us to a "cabin" in a whole different city. Unwilling to offer any type of compensation for this move. Tried to tell us the cabin would be an upgrade!!! We absolutely refused. to be moved. It worked out in the end and about 1 hour after scheduled check in we finally was able to get into the condo. We had been driving for 14 hours to get to condo. The overall stay in Pigeon Forge was wonderful, great location near alot of attractions we were interested in.”airbnb

“The place was decent but they have no empathy for when accidents occur. We spent a half day 2:30am-6pm to be exact in the area (8hrs from home) & on our first adventure being there I ended up at the ER. I had an accident while zip lining. Which ended our trip 3 days early. I asked for a refund for 2 nights & they declined it. I even purchased insurance in case something would happen. I wish I could say this place is worth it but the lack of empathy & lack of amenities listed & also dead bugs everywhere is just not worth it. I also sent pictures of a live bug on the bed! Also, the locks are a pain to get in and out & the parking is inconvenient around the back of the building. I was willing to stick it out but the unfortunate happened. I will never book through them again. Pay the extra couple hundred to stay in an actual log cabin that would be understandable & fair about an accident occurring. This is my first time leaving a bad review & I hope I never have to do that again.”airbnb

“When our door codes lock us out for 1 hr 45 min I think we deserve some Refund $ back and also the fan not Work and repair man said motor need replacement which should have been repair long ago. Other than that all good.”airbnb
