Smoky Mountain Escapes in Gatlinburg, Tennessee

“We really enjoyed this cabin! Every time we returned from activities it felt like we were coming home. The cabin is peaceful and secluded, very homey. It is also in our opinion a perfect location, it is close enough to downtown to not have to completely plan your trips. But you aren’t surrounded by the noise and busyness. Now, the driveway absolutely needs to pictured and described in the description. It’s not the worst you’ll ever see, but it can certainly cause issues. There were several minor inconveniences such as the backyard being not very well maintained, the back porch being a little dirty, and the living room couch not being the one pictured. But I understand that it could be hard to schedule workers in-between stays. Overall, we were very happy with the place and would recommend it, but would mention the driveway.”

“4/5 rating overall. There were defaults in each category. Hottube jets only worked on 1 side. Property had lots of poison oak in the reck areas and was messy and undesirable to be in do to the bugs. Dust and build up behind upstairs stands as I could plug my chargers in anywhere else bc of the decor covers. Lights on bathroom were dirty. The brown leather couch is also not as pictured. Some couch and not enough living room seating for all 4 of us to enjoy that space. And I recommend you add to the listing how tight the driveway is for large sized suvs and trucks. It will only fit one car as the additional space is the only way to turn around and exit the property. Luckily we came for all day attractions and only wanted to hottube and sleep. It was cute and served its purpose.”
