“We do not recommend this home. There was garbage on the front steps when we arrived. The bbq did not work and caused our dinner to be two hours late. The hot tub was dirty and smelled bad. The downstairs smelled like mold. The outside by the hot tub smelled like dog pee. There were no beach items. The kitchen is not well stocked. There is no ac. There were dirty dishes covered in ketchup left in the cabinets. The cooking pans were old and teflon. The doors for the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are not ideal. You can only open one at a time. They provided the very minimum of everything and only one laundry soap packet. The living room furniture was not the same furniture as they had in the photos. Our family plans to return to Seabrook but does not recommend this home. The house next door left their dogs at home who were barking all day long.”

“We loved the location of the home which is just a short walk to the outdoor pool. The home accommodated our family very well and the full size bunks are amazing. Docking a star because the house didn’t feel very clean when we checked in.”

“Proceed with caution if booking through Seabrook vacation rentals or Seabrook hospitality. My family booked a stay at this property, communicated ahead of time to confirm the check in time, and then showed up to find that they had no record of our reservation despite receiving the Airbnb confirmation and being charged for the stay. They rebooked us in a much smaller place with much fewer amenities and never refunded us for the difference in value of the properties. They seemed genuinely annoyed at our requests to be compensated and were rude to us despite the booking issue being an error on their side because they decided to show the property we booked for potential purchase. I will never book through this company again and am extremely disappointed with how this impacted our time in Seabrook.”

“I was lucky enough to stay in Seabrook for almost 4 weeks. Unfortunately the second part of my stay at the Right As Rain property did not work out. The WiFi was not accessible or kept dropping the signal. Even the TV in the evening would not work. I had plans to work from there for another 4 days, but without WIFI it was not possible. So I gave up and came home. Disappointing close to the stay, but the Seabrook team did not provide any solutions or other options.”

“It was wonderful until we were locked out of the building one hour before check out time. We were given a 12 noon check out and the door code was reset at 11:00 am sharp while taking the luggage to the car. Seabrook management never responded to my messages about being locked out. Very stressful experience.”

“This was a very disappointing stay for us. We wanted to get away and use amenities we normally don’t have at home such as an indoor pool and hot tub that was inconveniently not available the week we booked it. We would have loved to know that these would not be open for our stay so we could have booked an air bnb with a hot tub or similar amenities. Upon entering, our doors in the master room to open outside had a broken handle and weather stripping was coming apart severely and hanging from the bottom of the door making them extremely hard to open to the outside except side front door. We booked this air bnb due to the advertisement of the kids loft area that comes with an Xbox 360, and a TV/media game area for the kids to use. The TV was locked with a passcode not allowing us to use it at all the entire weekend. SO frustrating. NOT for a family with small children (toddlers). The ladder to the loft is extremely steep.”

“The interior of the cottage was lovely, clean, and as described, and the location was peaceful and an easy walk to downtown. However, our stay was impacted by several issues. Upon arrival, there was a broken window covered with plastic and tape, with glass still on the ground - both an eyesore and a safety concern. While someone came to clean it after we reached out, it was incomplete and never repaired during our stay. The exterior also felt neglected and could use maintenance, including a power wash. Additionally, some amenities were unavailable, including the pool, and a planned tour was canceled. Despite multiple messages, there was no meaningful resolution or compensation. Overall, good interior and location, but the lack of upkeep and responsiveness was disappointing.”

“Not the worst house but know what you’re signing up for. It was very clean, it’s small and cozy, but if you’re planning to be out and about a lot that doesn’t really matter. Beds were comfy. The kitchen needs to be better stocked. It would be nice to have better pans, maybe a griddle too. The patio and porch both felt dirty. We did not have power in parts of the house for our entire stay. They basically said we can’t fix it and it’s a weekend so we won’t be able to get an electrician out while you’re here. This is understandable, however, having to ask to be compensated was insane. It should have been offered, and I shouldn’t have had to go back and forth about it. A bit disappointed given the high prices they charge for Seabrook rentals.”
