“We had a great stay in Seabrook at this private little home. Several other houses seemed much more open, but the Beachcomber was tucked back enough that it was super cozy. We loved how walkable everything was and were surprised by how fun the trees were to explore for mushrooms. Our only complaint was the smell of dog throughout the house. It seemed like a previous tenant kept their dog in the master bedroom without letting them outside to relieve themselves.”

“Seabrook is a fun little town. The listing was in a very convenient location with the Main Street right outside the doors. There is active construction across the street to build the last of the town square and townhomes. The noise was all day none stop. After the new building are finished this unit will unfortunately no longer have a view of the ocean through the trees. Worth checking out due to convenience of its location and currently has a partial view of the ocean.”

“I love Seabrook and the house was nicely located to everything. Some things seemed outdated in the house and we had a hard time figuring out the TV. Not a huge deal but for what we paid I would have hoped that parts of the house were a little nicer. All in all would probably come back.”

“The house was as described but it didn't have as many kitchen items as we thought it would have. Seabrook responded to our messages but when we told them the outside lights weren't working when we first got there they said they would have someone take a look but during our 7 night stay I don't think anyone actually took a look. As others have mentioned there are no screens on the windows which is a little nerve wracking if you have children. It was also pretty hard to keep the upstairs at a normal temperature as it kept getting very hot at night even though it was pretty cold out.”

“Overall, we had a great and pleasant stay. The town is calm and peaceful. The food scene is small with 3-4 restaurants. The serendipity unit is an apartment in a building right above the seabrook office. The grill in the terrace is shared with other apartments in the building. We had a few issues with the home overheating because the AC was randomly shutting. The technician tried a fix but it worked for only a day and the ac failed again. The host was super responsive and nice, they tried fixing it but sometimes things break.”
