“The beds are overly soft, the house was nice overall, but there were dirty cups left outside on the patio upstairs, also there was an issue with the AC making one of the rooms unusable and they did not offer any compensation for that. Overall would say that everything in the town is way overpriced and overhyped.”

“We booked this place instead of others because it was advertised at the time of booking to include a hot tub. There was not hot tub. Seabrook makes you sign rental agreement paperwork that states if there is a maintenance issue they will move you to another property. Apparently, even though they still have you sign this when you book through Airbnb, they say they cannot uphold their noted agreement to move you to a different property because we booked through a third party company (Airbnb). They did offer us a partial refund, but we were definitely disappointed because we specifically booked this house for the hot tub. We even told them we would take a smaller house if it meant being moved to a place with a hot tub.”

“Great location and house but had some issues with cleanliness, WiFi, and dryer. Would not recommend this house for small/very young children - Main living area is small and rug and under chairs were dirty and need a deep cleaning. Also be aware that this property has no green space/yard - front and back are paved (sidewalk/road and busy parking lot). We had two issues, one with the WiFi and one with the dryer. Seabrook was very responsive but neither issue had any follow-up with us nor where they fixed. WiFi was spotty and when working was worse than dial up. Dryer was clogged and overheating.”

“We do not recommend this home. There was garbage on the front steps when we arrived. The bbq did not work and caused our dinner to be two hours late. The hot tub was dirty and smelled bad. The downstairs smelled like mold. The outside by the hot tub smelled like dog pee. There were no beach items. The kitchen is not well stocked. There is no ac. There were dirty dishes covered in ketchup left in the cabinets. The cooking pans were old and teflon. The doors for the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are not ideal. You can only open one at a time. They provided the very minimum of everything and only one laundry soap packet. The living room furniture was not the same furniture as they had in the photos. Our family plans to return to Seabrook but does not recommend this home. The house next door left their dogs at home who were barking all day long.”
