“First of all I would say it’s a beautiful house and location for a vacation but the price seems steep with some of the issues they advertise a nice screened room with a ping pong table the screens are torn which lets bugs in and the room the room itself is covered in cobwebs and filled with spider, the hot tub was really nice jets were on the weaker side but overall great, the pool and the outside of the house mainly the wrap around porch is swarmed with wasps every time we went to the pool I had to scoop out multiple wasp living and dead out of the pool, they lacked some basic household items no oven mitts no pizza cutter, we found a fish hook on the floor of one of the rooms, the main tv is fine a bit hard to navigate but you get used to it the tvs in the rooms only get Netflix and YouTube and some other weird streaming services they are a bit out dated for the price I don’t see why they don’t have Roku or fire stick if those problems were fixed it would easily be a 5 out of 5”

“They called me before check in to tell me someone was coming to service the hot tub. (So they knew it was broken) no one ever came so there was no hot tub. Hot tub was also missing headrests and accessories show. In the main photo. Game machine had religious stuff etched into it and the top was falling off. The volume on the tvs wouldn’t work either. Poor customer service after the fact. Won’t stay with them again. I feel like I’ve been scammed.”

“The home is in a very nice location, close to Big Cedar and on an end lot with somewhat more privacy. Check-in was easy and the home is very spacious. Unfortunately, the home is in need of some updates. Some of the furniture is broken and the mattresses are uncomfortable. Upon arrival, the home had a very unpleasant, mildew smell in one of the rooms and a majority of the carpet in that room was very wet. We attempted to air it out, and then alerted management. They were unable to come to see what was going on until after we left the property two days later. The carpet dried but the smell stayed. Additionally, TVs in two of the bedrooms did not function. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient for some in our party. Overall, our stay was adequate but a bit overpriced for the quality and cleanliness of the home compared to many others we have stayed in.”

“upon arrival was wrong directions from AirBNB, wrong home, called tech support, they let us in the wrong house which we stayed in cause we thought it was ours. Home we stayed in first night was very dirty, had water leaks through the roof, bugs in the bathtubs, linen dirty. Finally found our actual BNB, it was as advertised other than no pull out couch and subbed for blow up mattress. If it wasnt for bad directions, 4 star, but the inconvenience ill give them a 2 star.”

“We enjoyed the location, away from the hustle and bustle of Branson. The drive coming there was beautiful. The property is beautiful overall, high ceilings, spacious, great kitchen. Deck and grill was great for our one night of staying in. We drove 6 hours and ready to check in, except our code did not work so we had to wait about 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to help get us settled in. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness of the master bathroom. The shower was dirty and moldy. The smell was almost unbearable and my wife is sensitive to moldy smells. We had our family of 5 here so we used the inflatable bed. We found a comforter rolled up in the closet with stains. We stayed 5 nights and when we ran out of toilet paper midweek, we requested more tp, the prperty manager advised they "did not provide tp" and to get some down the street. The description on the property didnt say limited tp. Iv never had to bring my own tp to an airbnb.”

“When we first arrive, we were not able to get into the establishment with the code that was gave to me. The people that was there before us was supposed to check out by 11 did not check out until one we couldn’t get in until after 3:30 then the next morning, we had no working coffee pot we were told there was an ice machine in the refrigerator, which there was not also my husband had to go to the doctor when we got home. We left a day early because he got bit by something and they are assuming it was bedbugs or spiders. Not sure ask for a partial refund. Have not heard anything from them not happy at all with the establishment, I don’t recommend the place and their offers they say they give you free coupons for establishments which that is definitely not so it’s too hard to use so I don’t recommend this place at all. I asked them to get the place sprayed for incoming people because I’m not sure if they sprayed or not. Have not heard anything from them like I said wanted a refund”

“We arrived on Friday evening and noticed the upstairs toilet did not work. We were considerate and waited till Saturday morning at 9am to tell them. We told them it did not flush and it ran water all night. There response was that they would let the team know. 4pm that evening they responded and said the toilet was to old and had to order parts and that we could open the tank lid and flush it that was. We were pretty sure they did not show up to even look at it and they offered nothing else to help and it took them 7 hours to let us know that. The AC upstairs is still broken, been broke for atleast 8 months now. We stayed there last November and we told them about it then and nothing was done. All they care about is getting there money.”

“becareful getting this high dollar cabin. the tac strip is exposed in masterbedroom door way , it is unsafe and inhabitble , we only had ONE FULL day in town and kept writing thing wrong down with this unit, the pool table sticks had no top to them , the pool table clothe worn down balls sliding when shouldnt. spider infestation. when we arrived at 11pm friday our pin didnt work to get in the door , freaking out the host wasnt responding , so i had to sit on the phone with customer service late at night to get in, was given 4 different codes before they told me to use a key lock box, 2 more different codes to open that , finally in the cabin at midnighr.... drove 4 hours away to come here wirh family . the stay ruined it , the outcome , host not refunding after explaining and showing photos of dangerous EXPOSES tack strip .”

“A lot of room, great location, beautifulcommunity.. Unfortunately, you'll have to wash the dishes, because they might have food caked on them. If you have issues with the place don't expect them to compensate you with anything. Rental Branson LLC was not responsive and dismissive.”

“Deposits should be very clearly mentioned at time of booking. Not sprung upon the customer at check in. This lack of communication delayed our check in, resulting in 1-2 hours of lost time at SDC. We were just met with the response,”our $500 deposit is standard & refundable.” I have no problem paying a deposit of any amount, as long as i am aware that I am required to pay one prior to paying $650 to stay. That deposit would have changed my decision on where we stayed that night as it became a $1150 stay. Rent Branson llc won’t get anymore $ from us if we can knowingly keep that from occurring.”
