Maintenance Issues: Some Roaches Some Spiders Patio with Ping Pong Table has rip in screen so bugs are coming in Favorite area: Back Porch with Hot Tub Favorite sighting: Deer”

“The property itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and generally as described. However, prospective guests should be aware that the listing’s reference to “minor construction” significantly understated the actual situation during our stay. A new home is currently being built on the property, and construction activity involved large trucks, heavy equipment, and substantial noise throughout the day. While I understand that construction projects are sometimes unavoidable, the level of activity and disruption was far beyond what most travelers would reasonably interpret as “minor construction.” I also contacted their support during our stay. I was advised that someone from customer service would follow up with me, but I never received a call. When I later reached out again, I was simply directed back to the listing disclosure. In my opinion, the description should more accurately reflect the extent of the ongoing construction so guests can make a fully informed decision.”

“Great house, nicely laid out. Hot tub and pool table were our favorite parts. Kitchen had dishes, pots & pans etc., but otherwise must have been completely cleared out by the cleaners. There was absolutely nothing left over from other parties or the host. Not even salt or aluminium foil. Not a huge problem, just unusual. We enjoyed our stay! It was safe any homey. The pool was within a reasonable walking distance, and the surroundings were nice.”
