“Just needed a place to sleep for the week as I was celebrating Sukkot with some wonderful people. Place was exactly as listed. It had a slight smell of old musty air when I first entered the place but cleared up after the first day. Would be great if a washer and dryer was accessible as there is all the proper connections. Had to drive back to my house to do laundry. Other than that, the views from the balcony and from the bedroom are beautiful.”

“Very nice. We had a few issues which I noted and left on kitchen counter. There was a gathering every night just east of our cabin and it was always noisy until about midnight each night. Otherwise, I was pleased.”

“Not easy people to deal with. A big group of us went down for the weekend to stay near lake Tyson and purposely got the house for house how big it was and its amenities. Everything was fine. Then we discovered there was no water. We notified them immediately. They said they told the HOA and they would let us know updates. Was told it would not be fixed until Monday. Which is ridiculous. Ive never stayed in a place where if the water isn't working it isn't fixed immediately. The options we were given were to stay with no water and move into a different spot the following day, go into a new place without the amenities we wanted and paid for that was a half hour away, or to be completely refunded and find something else. We were told we could check next door and stay there if it was to our liking. It had no water either. When we told the host, they said "it should be working by now there at least". They knew about the water issue in advance. They moved us to a smaller place. Bad experienc”
