“The pull out couch was more comfortable than the bed but not by much. There's a window in the bedroom that looks out into the hallway with very bright fluorescent lights that comes through the sides of the curtains making sleep difficult. That's why we opted for the pull out couch where it's much darker. The humidity inside the condo made clothing and towels moist. The laundry on site was helpful for drying things but it's shared with live in tenants who left it dirty almost every time I went in there. Smelt strong Marijuana odor every night we sat on the balcony. There's a directory in a blue binder with a dial 0 to speak to the front desk but no phone in the condo. No dish soap or detergent for the dishwasher so I left my dishes in the sink, couldn't even by soap in the lobby store. 4 bottles of water was more expensive than 4 cans of beer. The tap water was nasty. Overall we didn't hate it there but not much to praise.”

“Would have been perfect if we could have used the Netflix, etc. apps on the TV. Would not get past some kind of user agreement and no instructions. We had to only use the base package which did include a couple of HBO channels. Would normally not have been a big deal but this trip was heavy on in room stay.”

“Could’ve been cleaner . Less noisy with workers coming onto our balcony while we were on there it was weird”

“The areas, location of the place was amazing. The rooms however was not the best. First room was not cleaned, floors were dirty, nothing was wiped down. Went to get a new room and that room had drain/fruit flies! The rooms need proper cleaning,( can provide pictures for proof) would not booked through the provident as the rooms need major updating and or thoroughly cleaned. I would try this location again but with a different owner for an updated room”

“Disappointed that the TV did not work during our two nights. The hosts left duty up to hotel staff who did not know how to help. Issue was never resolved. Hosts took their time responding with this issue. Photos did not match the stay, floor did not match what was advertised socks were black after walking around”

“The cleanliness of the unit was disgusting, started from the sofa bed had a blood stained, shower walls full of dry soap, there was amenities missing in both bathrooms, floor in the unit was dirty, patio was disgusting, I was very unsatisfied with the unit, only good think was the location, but this was the 1st and LAST time that I visited that place… Front desk staff were not helpful, I just went to express my concern with Pictures of the issues, and there was miscommunication between them. It was a very poor experience that nobody deserves in a vacation. I don’t really recommend this place to stay… there is a lot more better! For the same price or less.”

“General management of the resort was responsive and apologetic but the management company responsible for unit was less responsive and was hard to work with when dealing with issues (broken dryer, mold in bathroom, broken bed, hair and bloodstains found in shower upon check-in).”

“It was in a great area. Easy to walk to several restaurants and a park/trail. The view was beautiful. The room was old and partially remodeled. Very cheap looking. Old tile floors with chunks broken out. The sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable and the “blankets” were like very thin towels. The bathroom floor was dirty. One of the complimentary water bottles was half empty and still sitting on the counter. It was overpriced for the quality.”

“We booked our stay well in advance and prepaid for the entire trip. We booked a night early so that we could check in between eight and nine in the morning. When we showed up to check in the assistant manager at the front desk, told us that they sold our room to someone else and that there was nothing she could do about it. She didn’t offer us a refund, she didn’t offer to try and find us another room, she said we were screwed and needed to find somewhere else to stay. Standing there with my wife and two daughters I was told that I was out the $3000 and there was nothing they planned to do about it. After close to an hour another manager came in and said he would see what he could do. That manager was able to find us a different room, but we needed to wait for it to be cleaned. It wasn’t as nice as the room we paid for and the view was not as nice, but we are thankful for that person because otherwise we would’ve had to slept in our car for five nights. This host sucks.”

“Our reservation was canceled and no one communicated this to me till we arrived. We had no where to stay and Air B and B could care less. No help at all”
