“We really love the Mutiny. It is convenient to our activities in Coconut Grove and in a very walkable location. We like that, so far, every room we have stayed in has a kitchen and washer/dryer. Each room is individually owned so they are all different. Some will be older looking than other newer, update rooms.”

“Great spot for families! Nice, quiet pool (towels provided). Great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer.”

“Would have been perfect if we could have used the Netflix, etc. apps on the TV. Would not get past some kind of user agreement and no instructions. We had to only use the base package which did include a couple of HBO channels. Would normally not have been a big deal but this trip was heavy on in room stay.”

“I stayed with my two young daughters so I had a two bedroom on the sixth floor facing the water. The view is fantastic. And the two bedrooms is great for the family space. The furniture needed to be updated and so did the cabinetry and fixtures in the bathroom. The master bathroom has a step up garden tub that makes it difficult to get in and out, stepping down out of the tub could be dangerous. The kitchen was very small, but fit or needs since we ate out most of the time. the balcony needed more comfortable furniture. It was iron furniture with no padding, which made it difficult to sit out there and enjoy the view on the iron chairs. Surprisingly street traffic could get very loud at times with the constant motorcycles doing wheelies down Bayshore or the cars popping their mufflers”

“Disappointed that the TV did not work during our two nights. The hosts left duty up to hotel staff who did not know how to help. Issue was never resolved. Hosts took their time responding with this issue. Photos did not match the stay, floor did not match what was advertised socks were black after walking around”
