“Staff are great. Location was awesome. Facilities available awesome BUT we had to switch rooms due to elevator not working at our original bldg. Mother in law is not capable of stairs. The room we got was terrible. Needs maintenance. It’s old. TVs didn’t work, kitchen faucet leaking and the refrigerator barely kept our food cool. Never got cold. It needs major TLC. It even had a musty smell. Pull out couch was barely able to hold our 6 year old. We love this resort and will be back but we will certainly double check to make sure our room is better.”

“Unit was spacious and very clean. Our beds were immaculate and you could smell the clean laundry scent. The 2nd bathroom is very convenient if multiple guests are staying there. And location is close enough to main restaurants/ bars in the Islamorada area. Only complaint was that it was very pricey for 1 night at almost $500.”

“The resort is well taken care of. The pool is great. We did not get the view that we were guaranteed to get. The shower still had soap scum on the walls. The check in gate staff act like they don’t know what they’re doing. Some bottles of cleaner had got left behind in our room. Instead of reaching out to let us know someone was going to come pick it up. Someone had came into our room and got it while we were out. So we have no idea who was in our room and what they did. Other than that it was a great place to stay.”
