“The house and location was beautiful. It sleeps a lot of people, has an over-sized fully functioning kitchen, nice pool and is steps to the beach. No complaints about our stay in general. The only frustrating part was the check in. I had requested an early check-in (they charge a $25 fee for every 30 minutes prior to check-in time - I was fine with that) and was told weeks prior that as long as no one was checking out that day then it would not be an issue. The day of, I attempted to pay the fee and after reaching out multiple times they did not honor the early check-in. All that to say, I would absolutely stay here again without expecting to check-in early!”

“Great views but the place is very outdated”

“We loved everything about it! It is a beautiful place. Very well equipped. Kitchen has everything you might need. Plenty of refrigerators and ice machines. 5 of the bedrooms have ocean views. Location is perfect, loved the private beach access. 2 separate washing stations to wash off sand from the beach. Someone came and took the trash dumpsters to the curb for us, 4 trash dumpsters, which was great for the amount of trash we had. The back deck is large with a great view of the ocean. We will definitely be back!”

“This was the best location we’ve stayed at during any of our family beach trips. We try to take family trips each year and there was 12 of us on this trip and there was more than enough space for all of us. The house was so clean, easy to find, and made us all feel at home with its open layout. The balcony was perfect for sunny weather and even when it rained. LOTS of space downstairs made for a great hangout area to watch the kids ride their bikes. We loved the private walkway to the beach. We would be happy to rent again next year. Thanks so much for everything.”

“This place was great. clean, comfy beds, very quiet especially for a condo- no noise from upstairs or neighboring units. Beach access was great. On-site security is QUICK to tag your car though so definitely get your parking pass in the car quickly. They tagged ours between unloading and getting back downstairs from unloading, less than 20 minutes. Condos provide carts for hauling luggage which was super convenient, elevator is quick!”

“Very nice stay. Love that it’s right on the beach. Views from the balcony are amazing. Liked the added perk of having a splash pad and water slide for the kids. If you plan on cooking, just make sure to bring the essentials. We will be happy to return whenever we are back in town.”

“The unit itself was exactly as described. My girls loved the little TV room - they went in there every night to watch TV. The balcony is fantastic - loved watching all the boats and people fishing from the docks. Master bedroom was very comfy - bed was comfy, linens were good. We did have to wash towels every day - all the extra showers after pool or beach trips really add up!! Be warned that the thermostat won’t go below 68, so if you are a hot sleeper, an extra fan really helps. The resort is fantastic. The lazy river was awesome. My youngest loved all the pool slides. We went to ALL the pools and hit most of the hot tubs. My teenagers loved how many hot tubs there were - we were always able to find an empty one. Enjoyed all the extras - the pickleball courts, the ping pong tables - it was all great! We look forward to coming back next year!”
