“Beautiful location, beautiful view, needs updated, dishes were terrible, floor was dirty, one bedroom had dip pouches on the floor that were used.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Shores West. The condo was very clean and comfortable, particularly the beds. Loved the mattresses and the bed linens were very nice. The only reason for a 4 rating was because the main living area could use an upgrade. The view from the balcony is incredible, of course, since the building is right on the beach and the pool area is very nice. Overall I would recommend this condo.”

“Nice place beach front! Clean linens, plenty of kitchen items and extras for the beach. Could've had a under house enclosed shower to rinse beach sand off instead of a water hose. Other than that, stay was nice and relaxing!”

“Nice 10min walk to the beach. Pier was nice to walk out on and fish. Home was clean and had a great view of Little Lagoon.”

“The house and location was beautiful. It sleeps a lot of people, has an over-sized fully functioning kitchen, nice pool and is steps to the beach. No complaints about our stay in general. The only frustrating part was the check in. I had requested an early check-in (they charge a $25 fee for every 30 minutes prior to check-in time - I was fine with that) and was told weeks prior that as long as no one was checking out that day then it would not be an issue. The day of, I attempted to pay the fee and after reaching out multiple times they did not honor the early check-in. All that to say, I would absolutely stay here again without expecting to check-in early!”
